Concord Men Arrested On Domestic Violence Charges: Police Log
Connecticut man arrested on DUI charge; sex offender arrested on failure to comply charges; homeless man arrested on felony theft charge.

CONCORD, NH — Michael A. Davis, born 1968, of an unknown address, was arrested at 3:20 a.m. on Oct. 7, 2019, on two counts of sex offender registration; knowing failure to comply. He was arrested at police headquarters.
Lori L. Gibb, born 1971, of East Side Drive in Concord, was arrested at 7:07 p.m. on Oct. 5, on a warrant. She was arrested on East Side Drive.
Michael Franklin Corey, born 1974, of an unknown address, was arrested at 6:51 p.m. on Oct. 5, and charged with domestic violence-simple assault, simple assault, and two counts of criminal mischief. He was arrested in the area of the Contoocook River.

Richard Harrison Cotton, born 1981, of Stamford, Connecticut, was arrested at 12:01 a.m. on Oct. 3, on a DUI charge on I-393 West near the Exit 1 offramp. He was also taken into protective custody.
Troy James Moody, born 1970, of Concord, was arrested at 1:09 a.m. on Oct. 2, on a bench warrant. He was arrested on North Main Street.

Kurt Walter Kozat, born 1975, of Concord, was arrested at 1:08 a.m. on Sept. 29, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.
Welleh Suah, born 1992, of Concord, was arrested at 12:43 p.m. on Sept. 27, on a simple assault charge after an incident on South Main Street.
Stephen David Corliss Jr., born 1973, of Concord, was arrested at 7:55 a.m. on Sept. 25, on domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault charges after an incident in the North End.
James D. Dobson, born 1988, of an unknown address, was arrested at 1:11 a.m. on Sept. 24, on a theft by unauthorized taking, a felony, due to two prior convictions, after an incident on Prince Street.
