Concord Men Arrested On Drunken Driving Charges: Police Log
Northfield resident with priors charged with theft; Northwood woman faces drug charge; man arrested on assault, indecent exposure charges.

CONCORD, NH — Christian Lynch, born 1996, of Concord was arrested at 7:51 a.m. on Jan. 10, 2020, on a driving under the influence charge after an incident on Borough Road.
Jesse M. Berthe, 41, of Northfield was arrested at 10:55 a.m. on Jan. 8 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. He was arrested again at 2:15 p.m. on Jan. 8 on driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and breach of bail charges after an incident at 304 Sheep David Road. Berthe has previously been convicted on a false swearing charge from June 2013, on felony bail jumping after an incident in August 2013, and felony drug charges in October 2014, all out of Plymouth.
Karen L. Tasker, 64, of Northwood was arrested at 1:10 p.m. on Jan. 8 on a possession of a controlled drug charge after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street. She is due in Merrimack County Superior Court on March 18 for arraignment.

Sebastian D. Rainie, born 1989, of Concord was arrested at 11:48 p.m. on Jan. 7 on driving under the influence, speeding, simple assault, criminal threatening, and resisting arrest or detention charges as well as uninspected vehicle, yellow-solid line violation, and registration stickers violations. He was arrested after a crash on Hazen Drive.
Christopher M. Blodgett, 46, of Concord was arrested at 6:39 p.m. on Jan. 7 on criminal trespass and criminal mischief charges after an incident at the McDonald's Restaurant on South Main Street. He also has an active theft case out of Boscawen from September 2020 and other prior incidents. Blodgett is due back in superior court for arraignment on Feb. 1.

Sean Giedrys, born 1983, of Concord was arrested at 6:25 p.m. on Jan. 7 on indecent exposure-gross lewdness, simple assault, and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident at Best Western on Hall Street.

Barbara Sefton, 64, of Berlin, Massachusetts, was arrested at 9:39 p.m. on Dec. 8, 2020, on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. Sefton is due back in superior court on March 11.
Joshua Derrick Ingram, 26, of Franklin was arrested at 1:15 p.m. on Dec. 8 on five bench warrants at the New Hampshire State Prison for Men on North State Street. He was accused of failure to appear in superior court on a drug charge out of Hooksett and he pleaded to stalking and drug charges in June 2020 after an incident in Lebanon.
Cynthia D. Saxon-Hoffman, 57, of East Side Drive in Concord was arrested at 12:45 p.m. on Dec. 8 on criminal trespass and breach of bail charges. Officers were sent to Regency Hill Estates for a report of a criminal order violation. It was reported to dispatch, according to an affidavit, that Saxon-Hoffman was prohibited from being at the building. Police arrived at the apartment and spoke to a resident who reportedly denied that she was there. When asked if they could search the apartment, he agreed and police accused Saxon-Hoffman of being in one of the rooms. They checked the bail order, confirmed it was active, and arrested her. Saxon-Hoffman was held without bail.
