Man With Priors Arrested On Drug Charge Again: Concord Police Log

$2 laundry money squabble leads to protective violation order charge; pair arrested on assault charges; man faces prowling, drug charges.

CONCORD, NH — Elizabeth Lathrop, 66, of Old Suncook Road in Concord was arrested at 10:25 p.m. on Feb. 3 on a violation of a protective order charge. Officers were sent to the apartment complex on Old Suncook Road after a woman told police another woman "charged" at her, claiming she owed the woman $2 in laundry money. The complainant reported the woman, later identified as Lathrop, realized there was a restraining order against her, and "turned the corner quickly and hid," an affidavit stated. The officer checked the order, which was served four days before, spoke with Lathrop at her apartment, and arrested her. She was held without bail.

Justin Michael Sorrenty, 36, homeless in Concord was arrested at 4:51 p.m. on Feb. 3 on a possession of prescription drugs charge and a warrant. Officers were sent to Forest Street for a check the welfare call. When they arrived, they found Sorrenty "sleeping in the rear of the garage." For officer safety, due to prior incidents with him possessing needles and knives, the officers patted down Sorrenty and one officer "pulled out a Ziplock bag containing several yellow pills," the affidavit stated. Sorrenty, the reporting officer stated, said the drugs were Seroquel and he was accused of not possessing a prescription. He was arrested and held without bail.

Juan Miguel Batista III, born 1994, of Concord was arrested at 3:20 p.m. on Feb. 3 on loitering or prowling, possession of a controlled drug, and a warrant after an incident at Market Basket on Storrs Street.

Kevin Adrian Fanny, born 1991, of Concord was arrested at 10:05 a.m. on Feb. 3 on a receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charge after an incident in the Donovan Street area near Primex.

Marcel Richard Mason, born 1986, of Concord was arrested at 4:56 a.m. on Feb. 3 on a warrant at Speedway on Hall Street.

Joshua Derrick Ingram, born 1994, of Franklin was arrested at 4:45 a.m. on Feb. 3 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at the Families in Transition building on Odd Fellows Avenue.

Tyler Brissette, born 1984, of Boscawen was arrested at 6:08 p.m. on Feb. 2 on theft by deception-less than $1,000 and deal/possess prescription drugs charges after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Jeremy Fortin, born 1981, homeless in Concord was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 2 on a warrant on Canal Street in Penacook.

Christina Renee Lariviere, born 1984, of Westminster, Vermont, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on Feb. 2 on a warrant. She was arrested on Washington Street in Penacook.

Byishimo Rugabirwa, born 1994, of Concord was arrested at 3:37 a.m. on Feb. 2 on a simple assault charge. Also arrested was Jazmin Marie Donovan, born 1997, of Concord on a resisting arrest or detention charge and two simple assault charges. They were arrested after an incident on Loudon Road.
