Concord Men Face DUI Charges In Separate Incidents: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Rachelle Lynn Smith, 32, of Concord was arrested at 10:12 p.m. on July 2 on two criminal trespass charges after an incident at the Friendly Kitchen on South Commercial Street.

John Robert Rolla, born 2000, of Concord was arrested at 11:36 p.m. on June 30 on driving under the influence and use of mobile electronic device while driving charges after an incident on Pleasant Street.

Daniel King, 32, of Concord was arrested at 11:36 a.m. on June 30 on stalking and breach of bail charges after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. About a half hour later, he was arrested on a bench warrant after an incident at the Best Western on Hall Street.

Valerie E. Fredette, 38, of Concord was arrested at 2 p.m. on June 25 on criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, and two simple assault charges. She was arrested after an incident at the Friendly Kitchen on South Commercial Street.

Jonathon Hutchins, born 1991, of Concord was arrested at 10:14 a.m. on June 26 on a disorderly conduct charge after an incident at The Draft on South Main Street.

Sarah E. Gerardi, born 1987, of Westford, Massachusetts, was arrested at 4:25 p.m. on June 25 on criminal trespass and resisting arrest or detention charges. She was arrested after an incident on Randlett Street.

Jackie M. Roberts, 21, of Concord was arrested at 8:50 p.m. on June 24 on a warrant after an incident at the Concord Homeless Outreach Center and Shelter on North Main Street. He failed to appear in Merrimack County Superior Court at an arraignment on a drug possession charge out of Concord on June 4. Roberts, according to the court, was detained until he could enter into a program and was scheduled to appear in court again on Monday.

Antonio L. Marti, 81, of Concord was cited at 1:39 p.m. on June 12 on an operating without a valid license charge after an incident on South Main Street.

Paula M. Gariepy, 78, of Conway received a summons at 9:04 p.m. on June 7 on a bench warrant after an incident at the Best Western on Hall Street.

Kenneth James Jensen, born 1955, of Concord was arrested at 1:10 p.m. on June 5 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident at 172 N. Main St.

Jason N. Dunn, born 1979, of Concord was arrested at 9:27 a.m. on June 3 on a warrant after an incident on South State Street.
