Concord Police Log: Man Arrested for Stalking, Prowling

Plus, warrant, theft, and other arrests.

Robert Price Malone, 28, Eastern Avenue in Manchester, was arrested at 11 a.m. on May 21, 2015, on a felony theft charge from Feb. 7, 2015, at Target on D’Amante Drive. According to a court affidavit, he allegedly put a Dyson Stick Vacuum, priced at $549, in a the under carriage of a shopping cart and left the store without paying for it. The store employee called police and reported it stolen on Feb. 9. Police spoke with another employee with the company that reported a similar theft on Feb. 12, at the Hooksett store. The male subject in that case, “Robert Malone,” reportedly filled out a credit card application with the store. A check yielded a theft by deception conviction from December 2014 out of Nashua District Court and a conviction out of Hillsborough Superior Court in May 2014. He was also convicted of operating after revocation in July 2014 in Nashua District Court. The investigating officer received a booking photo from the Hooksett Police on Feb. 15. An officer there stated she was “very familiar” with Price Malone and had dealt with him “several times,” according to the affidavit. A warrant was issued on April 8, for Price Malone’s arrest. He was being held at the Merrimack County House of Corrections and was arraigned remotely on May 22.

Stefan R. Ingerson, 26, of Spruce Street in Concord, was arrested at 6:10 p.m. on May 20, on a bench warrant. While heading to a call for service, an officer was flagged down by an unidentified man who stated that Ingerson, who was sitting on the front steps of a home. The officer ran a check on him and found Ingerson had a bench warrant from May 15, for a dog menace charge, $310 cash to settle, out of Concord District Court. Ingerson reportedly told the officer that he thought he settled the matter but dispatch double-checked and the warrant was still active. He was arrested and is due in court on June 5.

Joshua C. Kennard, 40, of Mountain Road in Concord, was arrested at 8:17 p.m. on May 19, for stalking, prowling, criminal trespass, and violation of privacy. The charges stem from incidents on Shaker Road on May 14, May 18, and May 19, 2015. A sergeant and three officers were sent to Mountain Road to arrest Kennard on a warrant. They spoke with him about the incidents and he allegedly stated that he didn’t know the person. Kennard was also reportedly reminded about a judge’s order to remain at least 300 feet from a local woman. He’s due in court on June 29.

Brittany L. Stanford, 25, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 8:41 a.m. on May 18, on a simple assault charge from April 8, on Canal Street in Penacook. An officer was at the McDonald’s Restaurant on South Main Street when she saw Brittany Wilcox and knew she had an active warrant. She took her into custody and she informed her that she had changed her name to Stanford. She’s due in court on June 22.

Eric G. Mitchell, 23, of Parade Road in Barnstead, was arrested at 11:21 p.m. on April 9, on a bench warrant and for possession of controlled drugs. An officer on Loudon Road observed an individual “stumbling down the sidewalk” near the Mobil station. The man was “tripping over his own feet and he appeared to be confused while looking around.” The officer went to speak with him to make sure he was OK and after checking, found that he had a warrant from April 8, 2015, out of Concord District Court for possession of drugs. He was then arrested. After being arrested, the officer allegedly found a glass jar with marijuana in his jacket pocket. He refused bail and was held.

Kanza Usman, 31, of Pinewood Trail in Concord, was arrested at 1:54 p.m. on April 5, on a bench warrant. An officer was performing radar on Airport Road and tagged a Toyota Highlander going 47 mph in a 30 zone. The vehicle was pulled over and the driver, Usman, had an active warrant for simple assault out of Concord District Court, issued on Feb. 27, 2015, and she was arrested.

Gabriel A. Vargas, 17, of South Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:04 a.m. on April 4, on a bench warrant. An officer driving through the parking lot of the Cumberland Farms on North Main Street and saw a blue Nissan Murano without a front plate. He reportedly stated that he didn’t have the screws to put it on. A check yielded a warrant for nonappearance in court on an unlawful possession of alcoholcharge, and he was arrested.

Tyler A. Gelinas, 26, of Union Street in Concord, was arrested at 7 a.m. on April 3, on a criminal trespass charge from Aug. 1, 2014, on Green Street. He was arrested at home.

David A. French, 33, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 4:24 p.m. on April 2, for criminal trespass. Officers were sent to The Friendly Kitchen on South Commercial Street for a report that French was on the property after previously being served with a no trespass notice. He reportedly started to away from the entrance and later, was arrested.

Harry J. Donovan, 49, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 4:35 p.m. on April 1, on a bench warrant from January 2010 for DWI out of Hooksett District Court, $2,550 cash to settle. He was arrested after police were sent to Marshall Street for a report of an assault. Donovan’s brother alleged that Harry struck him on the side of the head and torso.

Kory J. Bowles, 29, of East Side Drive, received a summons at 4:20 p.m. on April 1, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge from Shaw’s Supermarket after he allegedly put sea scallops and salmon in the pocket of his sweatshirt.

Michele A. Carta, 23, of North State Street in Concord, was arrested at 9 p.m. on March 31, on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. An officer on North State Street noticed a woman standing next to a car that was crying. The officer asked if she was OK and the woman, Carta, said she wasn’t and had gotten into an argument with her boyfriend. The officer went into the apartment to speak to the boyfriend and get some clothes and shoes for the woman. She came back out and spoke with the woman. Later, another officer spoke with the man who alleged that Carta had consumed an entire bottle of wine. She had her face down on a table and in an ashtray, so he carried her to a couch so she could sleep it off. The man said her phone kept going off so he checked it and found some things that upset him. She woke up and the two discussed the situation and he apologized for looking at her phone. Carta then allegedly got angry and began punching him in the genitalia and he fell to the floor. She allegedly came at him again so he picked her up, brought her outside, and locked the door. She allegedly denied punching him and claimed he struck her in the head. He countered that while bringing her outside, her head hit the door jam. After speaking with both of them again, Carta was arrested.

Ann C. Johnson, 40, of East Side Drive, received a summons at 11:10 a.m. on March 31, for theft by deception on June 20, 2014. Johnson was arrested on a Merrimack County Sheriff’s Department warrant and was in jail when an active warrant for theft was found. She was issued a summons.

Lea Harris, 54, of South State Street in Concord, was arrested at 11:02 a.m. on March 31, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration after a traffic stop on Manchester Street for not having an inspection sticker. A check showed that Harris had a suspended license and registration from March 24, 2015, for failure to pay a court fine.
