CONCORD, NH — Donna Marie Gove, born 1975, of Concord was arrested at 7:45 p.m. on Oct. 30, 2020, on stalking-domestic violence and breach of bail charges after an incident on Storrs Street.

Mary E. Cahan, born 1956, of Concord received a summons at 7:23 p.m. on Oct. 29 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Hannaford Supermarket on Fort Eddy Road.

Yusuf A. Torres, born 1974, of Concord was arrested at 8:45 p.m. on Oct. 28 on three felony sex offender registration; negligent failure to comply charges.

Judith A. Fose, born 1970, of Concord was arrested at 5:50 a.m. on Oct. 22 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident on Cherry Street.

Felicia Anna-Maria Farruggia, born 1988, of Concord was arrested at 6:52 p.m. on Oct. 20 on a receiving stolen property charge, a felony due to two prior convictions, after an incident at Pinewood Village.

Jesse R. Tripp, born 1991, of Concord was arrested at 12:13 p.m. on Oct. 19 on a felony possession of methamphetamine and driving after revocation or suspension charges after an incident on Thompson Street.

Kevin Gobeil, born 1994, of Concord was arrested at 10:49 p.m. on Oct. 17 on a warrant. He was arrested at the Concord District Court on Clinton Street.

Dianne Hardwick, born 1955, of Concord was arrested at 12:35 a.m. on Oct. 15 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at Fellowship House on Chesley Street.

Stephen H. Mattil, born 1944, of Bennington received a summons at 5 p.m. on Oct. 13 on an operating with an expired license-subsequent charge after an incident on Storrs Street.
