CONCORD, NH — Donna Marie Gove, born 1975, of Concord was arrested at 7:45 p.m. on Oct. 30, 2020, on stalking-domestic violence and breach of bail charges after an incident on Storrs Street.
Mary E. Cahan, born 1956, of Concord received a summons at 7:23 p.m. on Oct. 29 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Hannaford Supermarket on Fort Eddy Road.
Yusuf A. Torres, born 1974, of Concord was arrested at 8:45 p.m. on Oct. 28 on three felony sex offender registration; negligent failure to comply charges.

Judith A. Fose, born 1970, of Concord was arrested at 5:50 a.m. on Oct. 22 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident on Cherry Street.
