Mom Indicted for Alleged Drug Shot During Labor: Court Roundup

Alleged Boston, Concord, Manch drug dealers, a prisoner who allegedly threw urine at guard, alleged second-degree assaulter, also indicted.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in April in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Felicia Farruggia, 29, pictured upper left, with a last known address of Elmwood Avenue in Concord, for reckless conduct. On Sept. 15, 2016, she allegedly placed her unborn child in danger after allowing herself to be injected with a controlled substance during labor.

Joel Figueroa, 22, pictured lower center left, of Upper Bay Road in Sanbornton, for felony habitual offender, allegedly on March 18, 2017, on Andover Road in New London.

David Ford, 58, of School Street in Concord, for felony second-degree assault. He allegedly punched another man in the face causing a mandible fracture on Jan. 24, 2017, in Concord.

Rhianna Frenette, 38, pictured upper center left, with a last known address of Elmwood Avenue in Concord, for two counts of reckless conduct. On Sept. 15, 2016, she allegedly injected a controlled substance into Felicia Farruggia during labor.

Kathleen Gilmartin, 51, pictured upper right, of Claremont Street in Manchester, on four counts of possession of a narcotic drug-cocaine, fentanyl, and two counts of possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, cocaine, with intent to distribute, sale of a substance represented to be a narcotic drug-heroin, and sale of a narcotic drug-fentanyl and cocaine mixture, all felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents on North Road in Epsom on Feb. 15, and Feb. 21, 2017.

Michael Greenwood, 28, pictured lower left, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for assault by a prisoner, a felony, for allegedly throwing liquid believed to be urine at a guard on Jan. 10, 2017.

Daryl Gurley, 23, pictured lower center right, of Franklin Street in Derry, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly stealing six pairs of sunglasses from the Sunglass Hut at the Steeplegate Mall in Concord on Dec. 16, 2015. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted – for burglary and receiving stolen property in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Muhammed Hasan, 19, of Cheney Street in Boston, for possession of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine, both felonies, allegedly on Feb. 28, 2017, in the area of New England College in Henniker.

Christopher Holland, 20, pictured lower right, of Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on Feb. 15, and Feb. 16, 2017, on East Side Drive in Concord.

Todd Horstkotte, 45, pictured upper center right, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for sale of a narcotic drug-fentanyl and sale of a substance represented to be a narcotic drug-heroin allegedly on Aug. 18, 2016, on Storrs Street in Concord.
