Isabel A. Santos, 30, of Branch Turnpike in Concord was arrested on a stalking charge at 11:18 a.m. on July 28. Officers were sent to an apartment complex on Branch Turnpike for a report of several restraining order violations. A teenager accused Santos of being near an apartment where they both lived after an order was issued five days before. Since the apartments were so close together, the order required Santos to have “no intentional contact” with the complainant, an affidavit stated. The teen accused Santos of sitting on her front porch, speaking with another tenant, at around 8:45 a.m. that day. After speaking to witnesses who could not confirm she was there, the officer spoke with Santos. Santos, according to an affidavit, confirmed she was at the residence requesting assistance with a transportation issue since she is a habitual offender and cannot drive. “Santos told me when she was served, she was told by an officer that she was allowed to be at (the unit),” the officer reported. “Santos told me she does not sleep at (the unit).” After discussing the investigation with a sergeant, Santos was arrested and held.

An officer was sent to Curtisville Road for a juvenile and while there, was approached by Porter. A check yielded a warrant out of Maine for failure to appear in Alfred Superior Court from October 2020. Porter, the officer wrote in an affidavit, knew she had an active warrant. The warrant was checked and Porter was arrested and held.
