Concord Teen Faces Stolen Truck, Forgery Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Brittni Ann Zeboski, born 1996, of Concord received a summons at 4:50 p.m. on Aug. 29, 2021, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident on Broadway.

Kevin Donald McFetridge Jr., 19, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 4:29 p.m. on Aug. 28 on felony receiving stolen property-$1,501+, willful concealment, forgery, operating without a valid license, and two receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charges. Officers investigated a stolen pickup incident with the complainant reporting he was tracking 2019 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck using OnStar on his cellphone, according to an affidavit. The caller reported he had a handgun in the truck and he was alerted that someone attempted to use his credit card in Hooksett. The pickup truck was stolen from Manchester Street but later located in the parking lot at Walmart on Loudon Road — with a man in the passenger seat. While speaking with the man, officers learned he did not steal the truck. Another man, McFetridge, was accused of stealing the truck and driving it to Walmart. Officers checked for the firearm and found it missing, an affidavit stated. Inside the store, officers found McFetridge and, during a pat-down, accused him of shoplifting an item from the store. Outside, McFetridge was questioned and the officers accused him of admitting to stealing the truck the night before. McFetridge was arrested and during a search, police accused him of being in possession of the credit card and checks in the name of the owner of the truck.

James Bub Bullock, 50, of Concord was arrested at 5:59 p.m. on Aug. 26 on forgery and theft by deception-$1,501+ charges, both felonies, connected to a case at Merrimack County Savings Bank, as well as a warrant connected to an incident at The Friendly Kitchen on South Commercial Street.

Chelsea Lynn Jarvis, born 2000, of Pittsfield received a summons at 10:!5 a.m. on Aug. 26 on a conduct after an accident charge after an incident on Loudon Road.

Tracie Jean Guantt, born 1958, of Concord received a summons at 6:21 p.m. on Aug. 25 on an operating without a valid license charge at the Concord Food Coop on South Main Street.

Michael D. Labbe, born 1951, of Loudon received a summons at 11:30 a.m. on Aug. 24 on reckless operation, speeding, and lane control charges after an incident on Loudon Road.

Lynda Marie Thibeault, 32, of Concord received a summons at 10:29 p.m. on Aug. 11 on an operating with an expired license charge after an incident at 102 Manchester St.

Michael S. Wentworth, 34, of Concord was arrested at 8:51 p.m. on Aug. 10 on a bench warrant after an incident at 28 Manchester St.

Alicia M. Mullavey-Rix, 35, of Concord was cited at 12:40 p.m. on Aug. 9 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge after an incident on Christian Avenue.

Amy Lynn Dansereau, 41, of Province Road Barnstead was arrested at 3:12 p.m. on Aug. 8 on felony possession of a controlled drug as well as stalking and two violation of protective order charges. An officer was sent to Plum Street to investigate a protective order violation claim. A man accused Dansereau of testing him in violation of the order. The officer eyed text messages and an order issued on Aug. 4. The complainant was requested to call the police again if she texted him again, an affidavit said. Later, the man called police again after receiving more text messages and that Dansereau was at Walmart, requesting a ride, per her text, the report said. The officer went to Walmart and spoke with Dansereau about the text messages. According to the affidavit, she admitted to texting him. During a search of her purse, the officer phone two cellphones with the text messages as well as a syringe with dark-colored liquid in it, an affidavit said. Dansereau was accused of admitting that the phones were hers and that the syringe contained methamphetamine. She was arrested and held without bail.

Virginia A. Gilpatrick, 39, of Epsom was arrested at 3:41 p.m. on Aug. 7 on a warrant after an incident on Canton Circle.

Cody Richard Merrill, 28, of Concord was arrested at 3:54 p.m. on Aug. 6 on felony forgery, theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000, and theft by deception-less than $1,000 charges after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. He is due in superior court for a dispositional conference on Nov. 5.

Omar Hutchinson, 28, of Concord was arrested at 4:45 p.m. on Aug. 5 on a bench warrant after an incident at The Friendly Kitchen on South Commercial Street.
