Michael Beckmeyer, 29, of Concord Gardens in Concord was arrested at 11:13 p.m. on Sept. 19 on violation of a protective order, stalking, and breach of bail charges. At around 10:30 a.m. on Sept. 8, officers were sent to the Royal Gardens apartment complex to investigate a potential protective order violation phoned in by a child advocate. An officer reviewed the order, found that they were active, and went to speak with the original complainant. She accused Beckmeyer of sending text messages to her in violation of the order. When asked where his home was, "he hung up the phone," the officer wrote.
