Concord Man, Suspended Driver Arrested On 2nd DWI Charge: Log

CONCORD, NH — Jason Cote, born 1984, of Concord was arrested at 10:37 p.m. on March 6, 2020, on felony habitual offender, driving while intoxicated-second offense, driving after revocation and suspension, and resisting arrest or detention charges as well as a bench warrant. He was arrested after an incident in the North End area of the city and Green Street near the Concord Public Library.

Patrick Isaac O'Mara, born 2001, of Concord was arrested at 7:49 p.m. on March 5 on two simple assault charges after an incident on Thorndike Street.

Paul Steven Smith, born 1963, of Dover received a summons at 12:55 p.m. on March 4 on a simple assault charge after an incident at Concord Hospital.

Brianna Olga Darisse, born 1990, of Salem was arrested at 10:39 p.m. on March 3 on a warrant after an incident at the McKenna House on South Fruit Street.

Tonya M. Delia, born 1971, of Concord was arrested at 10:40 p.m. on March 1 on a warrant. She was arrested in the Fisherville Road area of the city.

Arthur L. Race, born 1957, of Concord was arrested at 1:18 p.m. on March 1 on two simple assault charges after an incident on Fisherville Road.

Kevin M. Hull, 32, of Fisherville Road in Concord was arrested at 12:18 p.m. on March 1 on a criminal trespass charge. He was arrested after an incident on Summer Street in Penacook on Feb. 29.

Megan Ashley Robinson, 31, of Rex Drive in Concord was arrested at 11 p.m. on Feb. 28 on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge based on two previous convictions. She was arrested after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

James Bub Bullock, born 1971, of Concord was arrested on a warrant as well as possession of a controlled drug and deal/possess prescription drugs charges at 6:39 p.m. on Feb. 25 after an incident at the Family Dollar on Fisherville Road.

Richard O'Riley, born 1956, of Boscawen was arrested at 1:57 p.m. on Feb. 26 on taking without owner's consent and felony theft by unauthorized taking-$1,501+ charges on North Main Street.

Sean Steven Stiasny, born 1989, of Concord was arrested at 10:15 a.m. on Feb. 17 on resisting arrest or detention and four simple assault charges. Officers were sent to Rex Drive for a report of an assault incident. Officers attempted to get the man, Stiasny, into handcuffs after one of the officers accused him of striking a woman but he reportedly struggled. A man also reported being injured with a scratch on his forearm, according to an affidavit.
