Concord Woman Gives Fake Name, Attempting To Avoid Arrest: Police
Samantha Lavoie was arrested in Londonderry after cops saw an occupied antique vehicle in a park-and-ride on Saturday and Sunday.

LONDONDERRY, NH — A local woman was arrested on warrants last weekend after police in Londonderry performed a motor vehicle check in an I-93 park-and-ride lot. Officers patrolling the Exit 5 parking lot on Symmes Drive on Sunday morning saw blue motor vehicle with an antique New Hampshire license plate that was occupied. The vehicle was parked in the back of the lot and was isolated from other vehicles, a reporting officer noted.
What was odd though was that the day before, the officer saw the same vehicle parked in the same position of the lot. The officers decided to approach the vehicle after seeing two individuals inside "moving around."
The reporting officer spoke with the man and ran a check on him while another officer spoke with the woman. The woman – later identified as Samantha Lavoie, 35, of Concord – allegedly told the officer her name was "Desiree Hutchins" and gave a birthdate o July 1987.

"(The officer) conducted a check based on the information given and dispatch advised that name was not on file," the reporting officer stated. "Samantha then told (the) officer she had lied about her name and she provided him with her real information."
Dispatch told the officer that Lavoie had two active electronic warrants out of Franklin and Hooksett district courts for driving after revocation or suspension charges. Lavoie was arrested, processed, and released on $200 cash bail on June 23, 2019. She is due in Franklin court on Aug. 12, and Hooksett on Aug. 14.

According to reports on Patch, Lavoie is no stranger to police.
Bow police arrested her in May 2018, on a bench warrant.
In February 2017, while living in Loudon, she was arrested in Concord on theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, operating without a valid license, and default or breach of bail conditions charges. She was also arrested by New Hampshire State Police that month on I-89 in Bow on a driving after revocation or suspension charge and a bench warrant.
Lavoie was arrested on a theft charge after an incident at Shaw's Supermarket in September 2016.
In January 2015, she was arrested on theft by unauthorized taking or transfer – a car jack at Sears – and default or breach of bail conditions charges. The breach charge was added because the week before, she was arrested at Shaw's Supermarket on a theft charge from an incident in November 2014 and released on bail. Lavoie was also arrested in March of that year on a theft charge at Market Basket on Storrs Street. A willful concealment charge followed in June at JC Penny involving more than $200 she allegedly hid in a Victoria's Secret bag while she was in a changing room.
