Concord Woman Indicted On Meth Dealing Charges: Court Roundup
Indictment in parking space fight-fractured face case; Franklin woman indicted after I-93 DWI crash; teen indicted on stolen SUV charge.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Shannon Pellot-Sosa, 36, of Hall Street in Concord on four counts of conspiracy to sell controlled drug-methamphetamine, possession of meth, possession of narcotic drugs (tramadol, cocaine, heroin, and fentanyl mix), and possession of meth with intent to distribute charges, all felonies. The conspiracy charges were connected to incidents involving Nancy Jones and others unknown in Concord on July 30, Aug. 25, and Sept. 23, 2021, and Oct. 4, 2021, in Hooksett, according to the indictment. She was accused of possessing the drug mix and meth while at the Kozy Motel on the Londonderry Turnpike in Hooksett on Oct. 4, 2021. Previously, according to the indictment, Pellot-Sosa was convicted on a drug-dealing charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in January 2018.
Dylan Preneveau, 22, of O’Malley Street in Manchester on two felony second-degree assault charges. He was accused of assaulting another person and causing a zygomatic and sinus fracture in Concord on Oct. 3, 2021. Alexa Robichaud, 32, of Baker Street in Manchester on possession of buprenorphine and possession of meth charges, both felonies, on Feb. 15, 2021, in Concord.
Hallie Snow, 28, of Merrimack Circle in Webster on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Oct. 24, 2021, in Concord.

Michael A. Stephens, 28, of East High Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on July 8, 2021, in Hooksett.
Meghan L. Tighe, 28, of West Bow Road in Franklin on aggravated driving while intoxicated, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, and driving after revocation or suspension charges, all felonies. She was accused of driving a Kia Sportage on Interstate 93 south in Canterbury while on drugs, with a suspended license, and causing a crash with serious bodily injury on May 4, 2021.
Roger L. Towle, 35, of Forest Road in Bridgeport, Vermont, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Sept. 18, 2021, in Pittsfield.
Hector L. Valentin, 35, of West Burnside Avenue in Lowell, Massachusetts, on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused of causing more than $1,500 worth of damage to a building on Nov. 26, 2020, in Allenstown.
Joshua Wilson, 19, of Robin Road in Concord on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a 2003 Chevrolet Suburban, belonging to an organization, on Sept. 20, 2021, in Concord.
Hannah M. Pearson, 21, of River Street in Franklin on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited (meth and fentanyl) on May 6, 2021, in Franklin.
Suzanne L. Richards, 38, of South Main Street in Franklin on receiving stolen property and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charges, both felonies. She was accused of stealing items from Family Dollar on March 4, 2021, in Franklin, after twice before being convicted on theft charges.
Timothy Scanlon, 26, of Summer Street in Goffstown on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Sept. 4, 2021, in Franklin.
