Felon, Formerly Of Concord, Arrested On Meth, Fentanyl Dealing, Gun Charges
Christopher Lee Sieradski was arrested on four felony charges in Concord at the probation and parole office on North State Street.

CONCORD, NH — A felon, formerly of Concord, was arrested on a drug dealing and weapon possession warrant after an incident in Grafton County.
Christopher Lee Sieradski, 39, of Squeaky Lane in Campton was arrested at 10:01 a.m. on Dec. 21, 2022, on a warrant by Concord police on controlled drug: sale-methamphetamine, controlled drug: sale-fentanyl, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He was arrested at the probation-parole office on North State Street.
Sieradski was accused of selling the drugs between Sept. 17 and Oct. 1, 2021, in Campton in collusion with Jamie Campbell, a complaint stated.

“Sieradski told Campbell where the drugs were hidden,” one complaint stated, “(and) directed Campbell to meet and sell the drugs to customers down the street from her home once a day.”
The evidence charge involved Sieradski, “believing that an investigation was pending,” and telling Campbell where the drugs and firearm were hidden and directing her to conceal or remove the items to impair the investigation, the complaint claimed. Later, Campbell was accused of removing the items from their original location and placing them in a safe in the home.

The report said the firearm was a SCCY CPX 02 handgun — a weapon Sieradski was not allowed to possess due to being a felon with a drug conviction in January 2017.
According to superior court documents, Sieradski was arraigned on Dec. 22 in Grafton County Superior Court and released on $1,500 cash bail with a treatment addendum. He was due to be back in court on Feb. 7 for a dispositional conference.
Sieradski’s criminal history dates back more than 20 years when he was first charged with acts prohibited-controlled drug act in Concord in January 2001.
In June 2016, he was charged with two counts of controlled drug act: acts prohibited as well as resisting and unsworn falsification in Concord after an incident from March 2015. He pleaded guilty and received a suspended sentence but was charged three times with violation of probation or parole after incidents in February 2017, May 2017, and April 2018.
The April 2018 cases involved two incidents: two felony controlled drug act: acts prohibited in Concord on April 5, 2018, and four controlled drug act: acts prohibited, two delivery of weapons, contraband charges, and a falsifying physical evidence charge after an incident on April 6, 2018, in Boscawen. The Concord charge was nolle prossed five months later after he pleaded guilty to the evidence and two drug charges.
Sieradski was charged with fentanyl possession in October 2019 after an August 2019 incident in Concord. He pleaded guilty in court in September 2021 to a suspended sentence. He was charged again with possession of a controlled drug in Campton in September 2021 and pleaded guilty in June 2022 to another suspended sentence.
In October 2021, both Campbell and Sieradski were hit with a civil forfeiture complaint concerning $5,515, which was approved in November 2022.
According to reports on Patch, Sieradski has been arrested previously in Concord on drug possession, heroin in a syringe, theft, nonappearance, and resisting charges and bench warrants.
