Alleged Park Street Robbery Suspect, Others Indicted in Merrimack County Court: Roundup
Alleged Concord strangler, Dunbarton meth cooker, Pembroke Road copper piping thief, Goffstown and Gilford men, and others, also indicted.
CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack Superior Court.
Christopher Sieradski, 33, pictured upper right, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, a felony, and resisting arrest or detention. On Sept. 16, 2016, he allegedly ran away from officers after being found in possession of the drug, according to the indictment.

Kenneth Smith, 25, pictured upper center, of Alice Drive in Concord, for second-degree assault, a felony, and three counts of domestic violence-assault. On June 23, 2016, he allegedly strangled and assaulted a woman, who was an intimate partner, in Concord.
Mark Stacey, 39, of Pembroke Road in Concord, on four felony counts of theft by deception. In September 2011, in Concord, he allegedly purchased copper tubing on the construction account of Hawkins Construction, valued at more than $1,500, from EJ Prescott on Sheep Davis Road in Concord. Stacey was previously convicted of theft by deception in both Hillsborough County Superior Court-North and -South in 2004 and 2008.

Paul Taylor, 35, of Spring Street in Goffstown, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, allegedly on Sept. 1, 2016, in Pittsfield.
Ryan Thurston, 35, pictured upper left, of Highview Circle in Gilford, for possession of a narcotic drug-methamphetamine, allegedly on Sept. 9, 2016, in Loudon.
Eric Todd, 28, pictured lower left, a homeless man now located in Concord, for robbery, criminal threatening, and felon in possession. On Aug. 29, 2016, he allegedly threatened and robbed another man, brandishing a knife, on Park Street in Concord, in concert with Justin Briggs, according to the indictment. Todd was convicted of felony criminal mischief in January 2011 in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Cara Wilson, 25, of Pierce Street in Concord, for possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, allegedly on Sept. 9, 2016, in Concord.
Derek Winter, 36, pictured lower right, of Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, manufacture of methamphetamine, driving while deemed a habitual offender, all felonies, allegedly on Oct. 4, 2016, on Purgatory Pond Road in Dunbarton. Police allege Winter was using the “one pot” method of cooking the meth.
Krista Wojtkiewicz, 31, of South State Street in Concord, for felony theft by unauthorized taking, for allegedly shoplifting items from Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road in Concord on July 22, 2016. She was previously convicted of theft in Concord District Court in October 2008 and Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in May 2009.
