Franklin Man Indicted On Fatal Drug Dispensing Charge: Court

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court recently.
Alexandra Jsirandanis, 35, of Union Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Feb. 29, 2020, in Hooksett.
Samantha Muirhead, 25, of Pleasant Street in Franklin on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Dec. 9, 2020, in Hooksett.

Tammy L. Lemire, 40, of Orange Street in Manchester on a felony operating while certified as a habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving on Commerce Drive in Hooksett on April 4. According to the indictment, Lemire was certified as a habitual offender in November 2004.
Luis Gonzales, 26, of West Street in Concord on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing items from Walmart on Oct. 4, 2019, after being convicted twice before on theft charges.

Craig Oxley, 37, of Orange Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on Feb. 28 in Hooksett.
David Millinghaus, 42, of River Street in Franklin on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-death resulting charge. He was accused of selling or dispensing methadone to Travis Reyes, causing his death, on April 26, 2020, in Franklin. Reyes, according to his obituary, was a graduate of Concord High School in 2013 and a wrestling team member at the school.
Alexandra Moffitt, 33, of Franklin Street in Concord on a felony title fraud charge. She was accused of forging the signature of a man on a title, with fraudulent intent, on Feb. 24 in Concord.
Mark Maynard, 44, of Kelly’s Corner Road in Chichester on 10 felony issuing bad checks charges. Between July 6 and July 15, 2020, he wrote checks to Camping World, in excess of $1,500, on an account with insufficient funds.
Tammy King, 39, of Loudon Road in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Feb. 24 in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, she has been convicted on acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in September 2019.
Andrew Majoy, 34, of Plummer Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Dec. 11, 2020, in Hooksett.
Nycole Audet, 39, of Somerville Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine and naloxone mix charge on April 2 in Hooksett.
John Georgopoulos, 58, of School Street in Manchester on a felony willful concealment charge. He was accused of stealing items from Market Basket in Hooksett on April 10. Twice before, according to the indictment, Georgopoulos was convicted of theft — in Manchester District Court in December 2019 and Hillsborough County Superior Court North in January 2020.
Samuel Paulino, 22, of Bell Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on Oct. 1, 2020, in Hooksett.
Joshua Horvitz, 32, of Mountain View Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-tramadol and fentanyl mix charge on Nov. 19, 2020, in Hooksett.
