Spit Spat At Pool Leads To Assault Charge: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Carl D. Soderberg, 53, of North Main Street in Concord was cited on a bench warrant after an incident at Supercuts on Fort Eddy Road. He was then arrested at 4:30 p.m. on Aug. 18, 2021, on stalking and breach of bail charges. According to an affidavit, officers were at the homeless camp behind the Everett Arena on Loudon Road to arrest a camper on an active warrant. During that process, officers saw Soderberg and knew he was out on bail. A check found he was not supposed to be near another person who was at the camp as part of bail conditions issued on June 29. He was then arrested and held without bail.

Paul R. Little, 62, of Canterbury Road in Chichester was arrested at 10:34 a.m. on Aug. 18 on prohibited funeral protest and disorderly conduct charges. He was arrested after an incident at Centerpoint Church on North State Street. According to police, Little was arrested while protesting outside of a funeral of a family that was not allowing some family members to attend. He was warned to leave the property of the church and protest on the sidewalk and was accused of refusing. After that, he was arrested. Little is a registered sex offender after being convicted on aggravated felonious sexual assault of a victim under 13 and 6 counts of felonious sexual assault charges against a victim under 16 in June 1991, according to the Department of Safety.

Timothy L. Gobeil, 59, of Pembroke received a summons at 10:02 a.m. on Aug. 18 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at 7-Eleven on South Main Street. He pleaded guilty to a violation of a protective order charge on June 23 in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Jeffrey A. Clark, born 1985, of Rumney was arrested at 7:02 p.m. on Aug. 17 on a bench warrant. He was arrested after an incident on Hall Street.

Alyssa Blackman, 30, of Concord was cited at 1:13 p.m. on Aug. 17 on two bench warrants. She was arrested after an incident on North Main Street.

Tammy Lee King, 39, of Loudon Road in Concord was arrested at 12:21 p.m. on Aug. 17 on a simple assault charge and a bench warrant. At around 6:30 p.m. on June 16, officers were sent to a Loudon Road apartment building for a report of a juvenile that was assaulted. A woman told police a number of children were playing near a pool when two parents began text messaging about an argument. The woman went out to the pool and accused King of grabbing a girl. The girl later accused King of spitting in her face, too. The officer reported a mark on the girl’s arm, according to an arrest report. Other witnesses at the pool, according to an affidavit, accused King of grabbing the girl and spitting in her face. The officers went to King’s apartment but there was no answer at the door and she did not return phone calls either, according to the affidavit. A warrant was issued for her arrest on June 20. King has two active controlled drug act charges from February working their way through superior court. She is due back in court for a dispositional conference on Oct. 25.

Joseph G. Devitto, born 1979, of Concord was arrested at 11:19 a.m. on Aug. 17 on a theft by deception-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Target on D’Amante Drive.

Ryan Woods, 31, of Concord was arrested at 9:53 a.m. on Aug. 17 on a warrant after an incident on North Spring Street.

David M. Malinowski, born 2000, of Concord was arrested at 5:51 p.m. on Aug. 16 on a disobeying an officer charge. He was arrested after an incident on Pierce Street.
