Gilford, Loudon Men Indicted On Sexual Assault Charges: Court Roundup
Plus: Concord man accused of shooting person inside apartment; woman indicted on knife threat charge; Alton woman accused of drug sales.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Victor Malavet, 61, of Crestview Drive in Gilford on five felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of repeatedly raping a girl in the juvenile detention center in Hillsborough County between April 28 and Dec. 31, 2001.
Bonnie Michael, 59, of North Main Street in Franklin on possession of methamphetamine, possession of amphetamine, possession of hydromorphone, and buprenorphine charges, all felonies, on Nov. 25, 2023, in Northfield.

Autumn Munn, 23, of Main Street in Alton on sale of fentanyl, sale of meth, and possession of fentanyl charges, all felonies. She worked in concert with William Smith to facilitate the drug sales on July 24, 2023, on Loudon Road in Concord by handing over the drug while Smith accepted the payment, according to the indictment. Munn was also accused of possessing meth on Dover Road in Chichester on Dec. 27, 2023.
Michael J. Nadeau, 38, of Loudon, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on manufacture of child sexual abuse images, 11 possession of child sexual abuse images, and two aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of creating a video and touching and pleasuring himself on a child between May 1 and Sept. 30, 2023, in Loudon. Nadeau was also accused of possessing videos and photos on Oct. 12, 2023, and a photo between May 1 and Sept. 30, 2023, in Loudon. Brian J. Neuberger, 36, of North Short Street in Andover on a felony controlled drug acts; acts prohibited-meth charge on Nov. 13, 2023, in Andover.
Nathan G. Nichols, 20, of Elm Drive in Weare on seven felony arson charges. He was accused of setting fires in Bradford and Warner in May 2022 and September 2023. Read more about this case here: Former Firefighter, Accused Of 5 Arsons In Bradford And Warner
Brittany A. Nolin, 33, of Beech Street in Newport on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Nov. 13, 2023, in Andover.
Andrew O’Connor, 23, of Jackson Street in Concord on a reckless conduct-domestic violence and two second-degree assault-domestic violence charges, all felonies. He was accused of shooting a person twice inside an apartment on July 23, 2023, in Concord.
Stephan D. Peno, 29, formerly of Nashua, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony felon in possession of a deadly weapon charge. He was accused of possessing a sharpened metallic shank-life object on April 6, 2023, in Concord. Peno is a felon due to a second-degree murder conviction in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in October 2016.
Krystal Rogers, 41, a homeless woman now located in Northfield, on a felony burglary charge. She was accused of burglarizing a structure on 148 Borough Road in Canterbury on Jan. 17.
