Concord Man, With Priors, Faces Charges After Broadway Motorcycle Crash, Fire: Police Log

Plus: More Bicentennial Square disorderly conduct arrests; women arrested on stalking charges; perp with priors accused of stealing knives.

CONCORD, NH — Sean Michael Dashnaw, 33, of Concord received a summons at 6:11 p.m. on Oct. 17, 2023, on speeding and conduct after an accident charges after an incident or investigation on Broadway. According to superior court records, upon arraignment on Oct. 18, Dashnaw was also charged with felony receiving stolen property, disobeying an officer, driving without giving proof, and driving after revocation or suspension charges as well as operating a motorcycle without a motorcycle license, misuse of plates, and operating without a valid license violations. He was released on personal recognizance and is due back in Merrimack County Superior Court on Dec. 4. Dashnaw has other pending cases including felony receiving stolen property out of Hooksett from September; felony receiving stolen property out of Concord from July; felony receiving stolen property, driving after revocation, and motorcycle license violation out of Concord from May; felony receiving stolen property out of Manchester from August 2022; and felony receiving stolen property out of Concord from August 2022. Cole Joseph Reinacher, 24, of Contoocook and Abraham Rene Belcourt, born 1999, of Hopkinton each received a summons at 6:10 p.m. on Oct. 17 on a disorderly conduct charge after an incident or investigation at Margaritas in Bicentennial Square.

Phillip A. Pereira, born 1998, of Concord was arrested at 12:40 a.m. on Oct. 17 on driving after revocation or suspension charge and a suspension of vehicle registration violation after an incident or investigation on Rumford Street.

Michael Joseph Nadeau, 38, of Creekwater Lane in Loudon was arrested at 4:12 p.m. on Oct. 12 on aggravated felonious sexual assault-child under 13 and endangering-solicit sex charges, both felonies. Cameron Leslie Gamble, 25, of Concord was arrested at midnight on Oct. 10 on a warrant after an incident on North State Street. He was arrested after an incident at a homeless camp on North Main Street in the city’s historic district. Gamble was arraigned in Belknap County Superior Court on Oct. 10 on felony habitual offender and violation of a protective order charges out of Laconia from an incident in July. Daniel Jonathan McDonald, 31, of Concord was arrested at 9:43 p.m. on Oct. 8 on a warrant at police headquarters.

Charles Little, 61, of Concord was arrested at 5:29 p.m. on Oct. 8 on a hindering apprehension-prosecution charge. Also arrested Nicole Lynn Robinson, 39, of Concord was arrested on stalking and breach of bail charges. They were arrested after an incident or investigation on Eastman Street.

Benjamin B. Berry, 29, a homeless man now Concord, was arrested on a bench warrant at 11:01 a.m. on Oct. 6 as well as a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. Police were sent to Home Depot at 42 D’Amante Drive for a shoplifter in custody. An employee claimed a man was seen selecting multiple items, putting them into a backpack, and then leaving the store without paying for them. An inventory of the items included Milwaukee pants and a shirt, knives, and batteries, valued at around $222, an affidavit stated. The officer spoke to the suspect, identified as Berry, and he had an outstanding electronic bench warrant out of Franklin for $735. He was arrested after the warrant was confirmed. Previously, Berry was convicted of theft by deception in Merrimack County Superior Court in February 2021 and theft in Concord District Court in August 2022. He did not have the money to settle the Franklin warrant so he was processed and taken to the county jail. Berry was arraigned on Oct. 10 in Merrimack County Superior Court and is due back for a dispositional conference hearing on Nov. 3.

Janet Marie Douglass, born 1956, of Concord was arrested at 9:10 p.m. on Oct. 5 on stalking-domestic violence and violation of a protective order charges after an incident or investigation on East Side Drive.
