Laconia Man Picked Up On Meth, Other Charges: Concord Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Christopher William Wathen, 35, of Laconia was arrested at 1:52 p.m. on Sept. 5 on possession of methamphetamine and possession of a controlled drug charges, both felonies, as well as driving after revocation or suspension, disobeying an officer, and two counts of deal-possess prescription drug charges. He was arrested after an incident in the Sewalls Falls Recreation Area of the city.

Joseph Douglas Lawrence, 38, of Concord was arrested on a warrant as well as possession of burglary tools and loitering or prowling charges at 1:34 a.m. on Sept. 5 after an incident at CVS on Hall Street.

Sahara Eva Dula, born 1999, of Henniker was arrested at 3:19 p.m. of Sept. 3 on a simple assault charge after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Cory Daniel Decato, 35, of Danbury was arrested at 12:25 p.m. on Sept. 2 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.

Carrie E. Drake, 51, of Concord was arrested at 7:37 a.m. on Aug. 31 on simple assault and criminal mischief charges after an incident in the North Loudon Road area of the city.

Daniel James Goodsell, born 1993, of Concord was arrested at 6:22 a.m. on Aug. 31 on two theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charges after an incident at Rite Aid on North State Street.

Maximilian Beres, 33, of Hanover Street in Manchester was arrested at 3:54 p.m. on Aug. 29 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, obstruct report of crime-injury, domestic violence-obstruct report of crime-injury, and arrest prior to requisition charges. He was arrested after an incident on Hall Street.

Jacob Ryan Silverstein, 22, of Concord was arrested at 8:46 p.m. on Aug. 28 on breach of bail and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident at Market Basket on Storrs Street.

Brekke L. Spadaro, 39, of Manchester was arrested at 3:18 p.m. on Aug. 27 on a felony receiving stolen property-$1,501+ charge after an incident in the South Main and Hall streets area of the city. She is due in superior court for arraignment Oct. 29. Spadaro was found guilty on drug possession and willful concealment charges in June 2017 in Belknap County Superior Court after an incident in Tilton.
