Man Arrested On 3rd DUI, Assault Charges After Crash: Concord Cop Log

NY man, accused of pretending to be a cop, arrested on assault charges; Mass. man charged with burglary; Newport woman arrested for theft.

CONCORD, NH — Christopher Stotler, born 1962, of Concord, was cited at 10:10 p.m. on Dec. 3, 2024, on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at the McDonald’s Restaurant at 90 S. Main St.

Benjamin Joseph Gagne, born 1998, of Concord, was arrested at 8:02 p.m. on Dec. 3 on criminal mischief, simple assault, and domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Pinehurst Street.

Abm Faisal, 34, of the Bronx, New York, was arrested at 11:16 a.m. on Dec. 3 on three simple assault charges after an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Joan Beverly Veroneau, 66, of Concord, was arrested at 7:23 p.m. on Dec. 2 on an operating with an expired license-subsequent charge and a misuse of plates violation after an incident or investigation at the Everett Arena at 15 Loudon Road.

Hank Lee Ussery, 66, of Pleasant Street in Concord, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. on Dec. 2 on felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, reckless conduct-deadly weapon, two criminal restraint, and three criminal threatening-deadly weapon charges. Christopher S. Regan, 32, of Concord, was arrested at 9:58 a.m. on Nov. 22 on a receiving stolen property charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital.

Evan T. Leary, 35, of Concord, was arrested at 8:58 a.m. on Nov. 22 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St. He failed to appear at a dispositional conference hearing in Hillsborough County Superior Court North on a burglary charge from October 2023 in Manchester on Nov. 12. Another warrant was issued on Nov. 15. Leary also failed to appear at a review hearing on Dec. 12. Another warrant was issued on Dec. 18.

James F. Lussier, 32, of West Lebanon, was arrested at 11:56 p.m. on Nov. 21 on felony habitual offender, driving under the influence-third offense, driving after revocation or suspension, conduct after an accident, simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and two resisting arrest or detention charges, as well as an open container violation. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at St. Paul’s School at 325 Pleasant St. On Dec. 17, the case was boundover to Merrimack County Superior Court. Lussier was released on personal recognizance bail and has a dispositional conference hearing on March 6, 2025.

John Ratchford, born 1981, of Concord, received a summons at 1:12 p.m. on Nov. 21 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on East Side Drive.

Jenny Marie Churchill, born 1980, of Newport, was arrested at 5:51 p.m. on Nov. 21 on willful concealment and theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Nicole Weeks, 41, of Concord, was arrested at 4:29 on Nov. 21 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on High Street.

David J. Letellier, born 1985, of Newton, Massachusetts, was arrested at 10:18 a.m. on Nov. 21 on burglary, criminal trespass, simple assault, and domestic violence-simple assault after an incident or investigation on Sonoma Lane.
