Franklin Man Arrested On DUI Charge On South Main Street: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Timothy K. Hassell, born 1984, of Hopkinton received a summons at 11:45 p.m. on May 9, 2024, on an operating with an expired license charge and a misuse of plates violation. He was charged after an incident or investigation on the Interstate 93 south Exit 13 onramp.

Jeffrey M. Smith Jr., born 1982, of Franklin was arrested at 10:41 p.m. on May 9 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident at 89 S. Main St.

Sean Donald Leighton, 31, of Candia was arrested at 8:51 a.m. on April 17 on a criminal mischief charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Parmenter Road.

Ashton Everrett Garland, 33, of Concord received a summons at 3:42 a.m. on April 17, 2024, on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident or investigation at Target at 80 D’Amante Drive.

Devin Flagg, born 2003, of Dunbarton was arrested at 5:05 p.m. on April 16 on a manufacture-possess false government ID charge after an incident or investigation at Smoker’s Choice 3 at 184 Loudon Road.

Curtis M. Pregent, born 1986, of Boscawen was arrested on a warrant at 2:05 a.m. on April 16 after an incident or investigation on Horseshoe Pond Lane.

Michael Scott Davis, 52, of Concord was arrested at 9:15 p.m. on April 15 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions, after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Nathaniel Scott Doyle, 32, of Concord was arrested at 1:47 p.m. on April 15 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, criminal threatening, domestic violence-false imprisonment, false imprisonment, and driving after revocation or suspension charges. He was arrested again at 11:05 p.m. on April 15 on a criminal mischief charge. Both arrests were after incidents or investigations at the Royal Gardens apartment complex.

Damon Lee Garrow Jr., born 2000, in Epsom was arrested at 8:47 p.m. on April 14 on driving after revocation or suspension and a motor vehicle not equipped with an alcohol interlock device charges after an incident or investigation at 196 Loudon Road.

Nicole L. Weeks, 40, of Concord was arrested at 2:48 a.m. on April 13 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident or investigation at 162 Manchester St.

Vincent M. Bitetto II, 36, of Concord was arrested at 5:08 p.m. on April 11 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on Manchester Street.

Connie Jane Lowell, born 1972, of Plymouth was arrested at 1:53 a.m. on April 8 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at McDonald’s Restaurant on 90 S. Main St.
