Man From Fort Lauderdale Arrested On Hall Street DUI Charge: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Damian Colon, born 1974, of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, was arrested at 5:45 p.m. on Sept. 22, 2024, on a driving under the influence charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at 49 Hall St.

Patrick O’Mara, born 2001, of Concord, was arrested at 12:47 a.m. on Sept. 18 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at the Speedway at 15 Hall St.

Jonathan P. McCormack was arrested at 12:55 a.m. on Sept. 6 on a bench warrant as well as a resisting arrest or detention charge after an incident or investigation at the Everett Arena at 15 Loudon Road. He was also arrested on a resisting arrest or detention charge after an incident or investigation on Ferry Street near the railroad tracks.

Pandap Jung Shah was arrested at 12:42 p.m. on Sept. 5 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. Also arrested was Sanu Maya Pariyar on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. They were arrested after an incident or investigation at the Royal Gardens apartment complex.

Sylvia A. Colby-Caron was arrested at 9:06 p.m. on Sept. 2 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at Grappone Park at 204 Liberty St.

Rockie J. Andrus was cited at 4:23 p.m. on Aug. 31 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and willful concealment charges after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Kimberly R. Graham, born 1988, of Concord, was arrested at 8:10 a.m. on Aug. 26 on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Timothy C. Casey, 22, of Concord was arrested at 6:10 p.m. on Aug. 20 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at the TD Bank at 277 Sheep Davis Road.

Mercy Mbarushimana, 22, of Weaver Street in Weare, was arrested at 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 15 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet at 80 Storrs St.

Cody J. Lang, born 1992, of Concord received a summons at 9:41 a.m. on Aug. 14 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident or investigation on Concord Street.

Christopher Stotler, born 1962, received a summons at 12:45 p.m. on Aug. 12 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and disorderly conduct charges after an incident or investigation at Concord Antique Gallery at 137 Storrs St. as well as theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and loitering or prowling charges after an incident or investigation at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St.
