Franklin Man Indicted On Murder Charges: Merrimack County Superior Court Roundup

Sex abuser indicted on duty to report charge again; Concord drug dealer indicted on sales charge again; woman indicted on gun threat charge.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Jeffrey C. Seymore, 36, of Walnut Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, a fentanyl and cocaine mix, charge on Aug. 20 in Concord.

Dillon Sleeper, 26, of Hill Road in Franklin, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on two second-degree murder charges. He was accused of stabbing Jason Wirtz to death in Hooksett between July 23 and July 24. Michael Spaulding, 35, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, a methamphetamine and 6-monoacetylmorphinein mix, charge on April 5 in Concord.

Ronaldo L. Towers, 37, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony duty to report charge. He was accused of not registering a change of address with Concord police between May 27 and July 27. Towers is a sex offender due to a sexual abuse of a minor conviction in Maine in May 2007. Also, according to the indictment, he was previously convicted of duty to report.

Shannon Utter, 44, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on two sale of meth-subsequent charges. She was accused of selling the drug to an undercover police officer in the area of Hall Street in Concord on Feb. 10 and Feb. 16. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on sale of a controlled drug in Merrimack County Superior Court in February 2019.

Janelle S. Warren, 27, of Cedar Street in Nashua on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, meth and fentanyl, charges on March 25 in Concord.

Nicole Weeks, 39, of Windsor Way in Barnstead on a felony second-degree assault charge. She was accused of strangling another person in Pittsfield on July 11.

The following people were indicted recently in Belknap County Superior Court.

Ayden Carpenter, 24, of Arcadia Street in Colorado Springs, Colorado, on six felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault-pattern. He was accused of raping a child in Gilmanton between July 14, 2016, and July 14, 2019.

Christopher Stewart, 33, of Brook Street in Manchester on a criminal threat-violent crime felony charge. He was accused of threatening a mass shooting at the University of New Hampshire in Manchester from Laconia on Sept. 7.

Justin Federico, 40, of Kimball Lane in Concord on aggravated driving under the influence-collision with serious injury and aggravated driving under the influence-adult more than 0.08; minor more than 0.02-collision with serious injury charges, both felonies. He was accused of causing an accident and injuring another person on Route 106 in Gilmanton on Sept. 9.

Adam Cordano, 40, of Temple Street in Nashua on a felony possession of fentanyl charge. He was accused of possessing the drug on April 3 in Belmont. Cordano was previously convicted on a meth sales charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in October 2019.

Kaela MacPherson, 32, of Maple Street in Newport on criminal threatening-deadly weapon and second-degree assault charges, both felonies. She was accused of injuring another person by using a handgun on Sept. 1 in Center Barnstead.
