Concord Men Arrested On Criminal Threat, Other Charges: Police Log

Joseph N. Donisi, 46, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 10:45 a.m. on Aug. 1 on second-degree assault-deadly weapon, reckless conduct-deadly weapon, and two criminal threatening-deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Healy Memorial Park Trails off Basin Street. Shayna Kinney, 41, of Concord was arrested at 7:45 a.m. on Aug. 1 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at the Concord Homeless Resource Center at 238 N. Main St. She failed to appear at a final pretrial hearing on July 29 on possession-sale of narcotic drug and controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges from May 2023. Kinney was held on $1,000 cash bail. Jury selection was scheduled to be held on Aug. 6 but was canceled. She is due back in Merrimack County Superior Court for a status conference hearing on Sept. 3.

Brian Huoppi, 43, of Concord was arrested at 12:15 p.m. on July 26 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Buffalo Wild Wings at 8 Loudon Road.

Christopher T. Willott, 32, of Concord was arrested at 1:57 a.m. on July 19 on second-degree assault-deadly weapon and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies, as well as a criminal restraint-kidnapping charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation underneath the Interstate 393 bridge.

Grant Boyd Gentzel, 20, of Concord received a summons at 10:30 a.m. on July 18 on a criminal mischief charge. He was charged after an incident or investigation at the Burger King at 15 Hall St.

Nicole L. Weeks, 40, of Concord was arrested at 5:21 p.m. on July 17 on two bench warrants after an incident or investigation at TJ Maxx at 12 Loudon Road.

Leonidas Ndikumana, 38, of Loudon Road in Concord was arrested at 5:56 p.m. on July 3 on stalking-domestic violence, criminal threatening, domestic violence-criminal threatening, two felony second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation, and two felony second-degree assault-strangulation charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Royal Gardens apartment complex.

Cheyenne M. Daisey Cooper, born 2002, of Littleton received a summons at 4:40 p.m. on July 1 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Jeremiah R. Goodbread, 47, of Concord was arrested on a warrant at 9:45 a.m. on June 30 after an incident or investigation at the Best Western at 97 Hall St.

Jamie Lynn Campbell, 44, of Concord was arrested at 3:50 p.m. on June 30 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident or investigation on North State Street.

William Slocum, 38, was arrested at 3:39 p.m. on June 28 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000and loitering or prowling charges after an incident or investigation at 82 N. Main St. at the clock tower.
