Concord Men Face Felony Theft Counts: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Jeanne A. Seto, born 1989, of Concord, was arrested at 8:39 a.m. on Feb. 24, 2025, on disorderly conduct, resisting arrest or detention, and two simple assault charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Shell gas station at 333 Loudon Road and the Cumbies at 196 N. Main St.

Kaitlyn Reed, 35, of Concord, was arrested at 9:41 p.m. on Feb. 22 on a stalking charge after an incident or investigation on Centre Street.

Jian Wu Lin, born 1987, of Jaffrey, was arrested at 3:45 p.m. on Feb. 20 on a felony receiving stolen property-$1,501-plus charge after an incident or investigation on Route 119 in Rindge.

Richard Levi Royea, born 1982, of Concord, was arrested at 5:09 p.m. on Feb. 19 on a warrant at police headquarters.

Rajesh Manoharan, born 1977, of Manchester, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. on Feb. 18 on a conduct after an accident charge after an incident or investigation at Irving at 190 Pleasant St.

Kendrick H. Waddell, 53, of Concord, was arrested at 8:40 a.m. on Feb. 17 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at the YMCA at 15 N. State St.

Kage Vonderahe, born 2003, of Gilmanton, received a summons at 1 p.m. on Feb. 16 on unregistered vehicle and license required violations after an incident or investigation on Village Street in Penacook.

Joshua M. Gagnon, 31, of Concord, was arrested at 10:29 a.m. on Jan. 31 on theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony, due to two prior convictions, and willful concealment charges. He was arrested after an investigation or incident at L.L. Bean at 55 Fort Eddy Road.

Mark D. Yeskis, 52, of Concord, was arrested on a bench warrant at 1:25 a.m. on Jan. 27 as well as a receiving stolen property charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Cumberland Farms at 196 N. Main St.

Ronald F. Delgaudio, 53, of Concord, was arrested at 1 a.m. on Jan. 26 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at the Bank of America at 118 Storrs St.

Christopher Lee Hawkins, 40, of Boscawen, was arrested at 3:21 p.m. on Jan. 25 on felony operating after being certified as a habitual offender and driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Hall Street.

Matthew Sellers, 42, of Concord, was arrested on a warrant at 11:40 p.m. on Jan. 24 as well as a felony theft by unauthorized taking-$1,501-plus charge. The warrant arrested was connected to an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road, while the theft charge was after an incident or investigation at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church at 180 Loudon Road.
