CT Teen Indicted On Reckless Conduct, Stolen Car Charges: Court
Lowell felon accused of drug, weapons possession; Loudon man indicted on deadly weapon charges; Canterbury felon accused of machete threats.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Fred Emerson, 37, of Coral Street in Penacook on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Nov. 18, 2021, in Concord.
Ryan Emmett, 43, of Buck Street in Pembroke on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Dec. 31, 2021, in Concord.

Jodi Ferguson, 39, of West Bow Street in Franklin on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Aug. 25, 2021, in Franklin.
Harry Fleck, 71, of South Main Street in Franklin on a felony duty to report-registration of criminal offenders charge. He was accused by Franklin police of failing to register a meaningful address before Nov. 4, 2021. Fleck is a sex offender due to being convicted on two rape charges in Belknap County Superior Court in June 1992.

Jason Ford, 37, of Hackleboro Road in Canterbury on criminal threatening and felon in possession charges, both felonies. He was accused by police of using a machete in a threatening manner, to stab a person, on Nov. 12, 2021, in Canterbury. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of a felony offense in December 2016 in Belknap County Superior Court.
Jahien Forte, 19, of Meriden, Connecticut, on reckless conduct and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. He was accused by state police of obtaining a 2020 Honda Accord that he knew to be stolen from New York and driving in excess of 100 mph, to elude state troopers, in Bow on Dec. 15, 2021. Michael Fortier, 36, of Fisherville Road in Concord on a felony forgery charge. He was accused by police of uttering a check from a lighting business' account, payable to himself, when the check was not legitimate on Jan. 22 in Concord. Read more about this case here.
Jeremy Fortin, 40, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charge on May 4, 2021, in Concord.
Derek Foss, 42, of Borough Road in Pembroke on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. Police accused him of taking unauthorized control over more than $1,500 from a Granite State Credit Union account owned by another person between April 6, and April 7, 2021, in Concord.
Randy L. Fouts, 37, of Route 129 in Loudon on two felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon-domestic violence charges. He was accused by police of driving into and over an intimate partner with a 2011 Chrysler 200 in Franklin on Dec. 6, 2021.
Joseph D. Frazier, 39, of Washington Street in Penacook on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Oct. 20, 2021, in Concord.
Christopher Greenwood, 31, of Central Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and two felon in possession of a weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused by police of being in possession of the drug, a collapsible Billie, and a machete in Hooksett on Dec. 27, 2021.
