Concord Woman Arrested On Intent To Sell, Possession Charges: Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Marjorie Ann Blaisdell, 45, of Concord, was arrested at 12:17 p.m. on Feb. 24, 2025, on possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell, two possession of controlled drug, and two possession of controlled drug-subsequent charges, all felonies. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Bow town line on South Main Street.

Mathias Wakilongo, born in 2001, of Manchester, was arrested at 3:22 a.m. on Feb. 20 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at the Morning Star Condominiums at 179 Loudon Road.

Dennis A. Ash, 60, of Concord, received a summons at 9:14 a.m. on Feb. 18 on a felony sex offender registration; negligent failure to comply charge. He was arrested at police headquarters. Ash is a sex offender due to a felonious sexual assault-under 16 conviction from December 1997 in Merrimack County, according to the state.

Carla May O’Brien, born in 1962, of Concord, was arrested at 10:11 a.m. on Feb. 16 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident or investigation at Speedway at 15 Hall St.

Nathaniel Scott Doyle, 33, of Concord, was arrested at 2:12 p.m. on Feb. 13 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Cumberland Farms at 196 N. Main St.

Tommy M. Rogers, born in 1985, of Concord, was arrested at 5:30 a.m. on Feb. 13 on two bench warrants after an incident or investigation at Starving Artist Moving at 134 Hall St.

Garrett Rogenski, born in 1994, of Concord, received a summons at 5:08 p.m. on Feb. 12 on a bench warrant. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Meineke at 216 Loudon Road.

Crystal M. Marquis, 43, of Concord, was arrested at 8:15 a.m. on Feb. 12 on criminal mischief, two simple assault, and two domestic violence-simple assault charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on Old Loudon Road.

Christine A. Boyd, born in 1967, of Concord, was arrested at 9:52 a.m. on Feb. 11 on driving after revocation or suspension and driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charges after an incident or investigation at the Concord Gardens apartment complex.

April Louis McJuary, born in 1977, of Concord, was arrested at 1:08 a.m. on Feb. 10 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on Canal Street in Penacook.

Timothy J. Leclair, born in 1980, of Canterbury, was arrested at 1:36 a.m. on Feb. 8 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at E-Smoke And Cigar at 219 Fisherville Road.

Darrel S. Bousquet, 39, of Barnstead, was arrested at 7:32 p.m. on Feb. 7 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions, and willful concealment. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Hannaford supermarket at 73 Fort Eddy Road.
