Loudon man accused of failing to return rental; accused stalker on Riverhill Avenue arrested again; prowling incident at the Xfinity store.

CONCORD, NH — Jazmin K. Dyer, born in 1984, of Deering, was arrested at 9:15 p.m. on Feb. 12, 2026, on a warrant following an incident or investigation at the Comfort Inn at 71 Hall St.

Derek James Ledoux, born in 1978, of Loudon, was arrested at 1:10 p.m. on Feb. 11 on a felony count of unauthorized use; rented vehicle-$1,501-plus. He was arrested following an incident or investigation at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car at 28 Manchester St.

David Lemay, born in 1973, of Whitefield, was arrested at 1:48 p.m. on Feb. 9 on theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions, and willful concealment charges, as well as a bench warrant following an incident or investigation at the Hannaford supermarket at 73 Fort Eddy Road.

Laurie MacLeod, born in 1961, of Belmont, was arrested at 4:16 a.m. on Feb. 7 on theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions, and willful concealment charges following an incident or investigation at the Hannaford supermarket at 73 Fort Eddy Road.

Jonathan Hood, born in 1982, of Claremont, was arrested at 9:27 p.m. on Feb. 6 on two possession of a controlled drug charges following an incident or investigation on Franklin Street.

Benjamin B. Berry, born in 1994, of Concord, was arrested at 4:13 p.m. on Jan. 28 on theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions, and willful concealment following an incident or investigation at Market Basket at 108 Fort Eddy Road. He was charged 16 minutes later with theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions, and willful concealment charges, after an incident or investigation at Marshall’s at 80 Storrs St.

Joshua S. Colby, born in 1997, of Concord, was arrested at 8:58 p.m. on Jan. 26 on two bench warrants following an incident or investigation at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St.

Monica Spinazola, born in 1964, of Concord, was arrested at 7:45 p.m. on Jan. 26 on a stalking charge following an incident or investigation on Riverhill Avenue.
