Man From Epsom Arrested On Another Driving Under The Influence Charge: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Brian L. Lacourse, born in 1961, of Epsom, was arrested at 9:01 p.m. on March 3, 2026, on a driving under the influence-second offense charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at 1 Bicentennial Square.

Marc P. Bosse, born in 1968, of Concord, was arrested at 1:50 p.m. on March 2 on a sex offender registration; knowing failure to comply charge. Bosse is a sex offender due to a possession of child sexual abuse images conviction in Hillsborough County Superior Court in April 2002.

Logan Storm Locke, born in 1997, of Franklin, was arrested on a warrant as well as two possession of a controlled drug and two possession of a controlled drug-subsequent charges. Also arrested was Brittany R. Fisher, born in 1995, of Concord, on possession of a controlled drug and possession of a controlled drug-subsequent charges. They were arrested after an incident or investigation at The Friendly Toast at 22 S. Main St.

Valerie E. Fredette, born in 1984, of Concord, was arrested at 2:32 a.m. on Feb. 28 on theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions, and criminal trespass charges after an incident or investigation at the Hotel Concord at 11 S. Main St.
