Men From Concord Arrested On Criminal Threatening Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Shawn Michael O’Brien, born in 1990, of Concord, was arrested at 4:07 p.m. on Sept. 14, 2026, on stalking, breach of bail, criminal mischief, and criminal trespass charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Washington Street.

Gordon K. Murray, born in 1972, of Concord, was given a summons at 7 p.m. on Sept. 10 on a camping restricted violation after an incident or investigation at Healy Memorial Park.

Jarred Caldwell, born in 2008, of Pembroke, was given a summons at 12:27 a.m. on Sept. 9 on a possession/use of tobacco product by a minor violation after an incident or investigation at the former Regal Cinemas property at 282 Loudon Road.

Rahsaan Ellis Montgomery, born in 1978, of Concord, was arrested at 10:57 p.m. on Sept. 8 on a criminal threatening charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the former Pizza Hut location at 148 Loudon Road.

Laurie Ann Fanny, born in 1982, of Boscawen, was arrested at 9:21 p.m. on Sept. 6 on possession of a controlled drug and breach of bail charges. She was also given a summons on a warrant. Also given a summons on a warrant was Jesse D. Padova, born in 1983, of Concord. They were charged after an incident or investigation on Hall Street.

Frank Barry, born in 1962, of Concord, was arrested at 8:08 p.m. on Sept. 4 on a criminal threatening charge after an incident or investigation on Rumford Street.

Nathaniel James Turbitt, born in 1989, of Concord, was arrested at 11:08 p.m. on Sept. 2 on a warrant.

Darlene K. Derby, born in 1971, of Franklin, was arrested at 10:39 a.m. on Sept. 2 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at the Concord Homeless Resource Center on North Main Street.
