Concord Robbery Suspect From Vermont Has 15 Other Active Charges In The North Country: Log

Derry man, with priors, faces 3 stalking charges; Mass. man accused of stealing 8 days after getting suspended sentence on drug charge.

CONCORD, NH — Skylar Bennett, born 1982, of Concord was arrested at 12:37 p.m. on June 23, 2024, on operating after being certified as a habitual offender and possession of controlled drug charges, both felonies, as well as transport drugs in a motor vehicle, motor vehicle not equipped with an interlock device, and driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Fisherville Road.

Steven A. Maxfield, 29, of Derry was arrested at 9:34 p.m. on June 22 on resisting arrest or detention and three stalking-domestic violence charges. The stalking charges were connected to an incident or investigation on Eastern Avenue, while the resisting arrest charge was after an incident or investigation on East Side Drive.

Sandra Jean Rivers, born 1952, of Concord received a summons at 6:02 p.m. on June 21 on a conduct after an accident charge and an unsafe lane change violation at 311 Village St. in Penacook.

Joshua Eric Lema, 30, of Gardner, Massachusetts, was arrested at 5 p.m. on June 20 on a receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charge after an incident or investigation at Dunkin’ Donuts at 62 Manchester St. He was arrested by state police in Canterbury in July 2023 on three felony acts prohibited drug charges and a single count of driving after revocation or suspension. On June 28, Lema pleaded guilty a single drug charge and the driving charge. He received two 12-month sentences, suspended for two years, and $1,054 in fines.

Alex R. Crowder, 35, of Concord was arrested at 4:35 a.m. on June 17 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at the Durgin Block Garage at 17 School St.

Shawn M. McGarth, born 1973, of Concord was arrested at 5:03 p.m. on June 14 on a warrant. Also arrested was Matthew Paul Huppe, 43, of Ashland on a transport drugs in a motor vehicle. They were arrested after an incident or investigation at Arnie’s Place at 164 Loudon Road.

Daniel Dean Valentin, 43, of Concord was arrested at 10:19 p.m. on June 12 on a warrant after an incident or investigation on West Street.

Bulambo Dunia, 37, of Concord was arrested at 7:37 p.m. on May 30 on simple assault, criminal trespass, and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident or investigation at Sal’s Pizza at 80 Storrs St.

Nathaniel James Turbitt, born 1989, of Manchester was arrested on two bench warrants at 9:55 p.m. on May 28 at police headquarters.

Terri L. Brown, born 1969, of Concord received a summons at 11:37 a.m. on May 28 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation on Hazel Drive.

Lorraine Craighead, born 1946, of Concord received a summons at 1:25 a.m. on May 28 on a simple assault charge after an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Angela M. Spataro, born 1992, of Concord was arrested at noon on May 27 on a bench warrant and a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation on the northbound side of Interstate 93 near the Exit 14 offramp.

Ryan P. Cormier, 33, of Concord was arrested at 11:21 a.m. on May 23 on two bench warrants at police headquarters.

Joshua R. Burney, 45, of Penacook received a summons at noon on May 22 on a bench warrant after an investigation or incident on North Main Street.

Eric Agosta, born 1985, of Concord was arrested on a warrant at 4:40 p.m. on May 22 at police headquarters.

Dakota Austin Marsh, born 1994, of Concord was arrested at 11:28 a.m. on May 23 on criminal trespass, criminal mischief, and disorderly conduct charges as well as three littering violations after an incident or investigation at the Concord Homeless Resource Center at 238 N. Main St.

Benjamin B. Berry, 30, of Concord was arrested at 7:45 a.m. on May 22 on two warrants and two bench warrants. Also cited was Ronald F. Delgaudio, 52, of Concord on a bench warrant. They were charged after an incident or investigation at the Holiday Inn at 172 N. Main St.

Jack Gavin Manchester, born 2005, of Pembroke was arrested at 9:15 p.m. on May 21 on a criminal trespass charge. He was arrested after an investigation or incident on Loudon Road.

Krystal A. Sharp, 39, of St. Johnsbury, Vermont, was arrested at 4 p.m. on April 23 on felony robbery, criminal trespass, and disorderly conduct charges after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road. Her case was boundover to Merrimack County Superior Court from Concord District Court. Sharp will be arraigned and has a dispositional conference on July 30. She also has other active cases in other New Hampshire superior courts — including felony possession of a controlled drug, theft, and false report to law enforcement out of Littleton from March 2023; felony theft, criminal trespass, false report to law enforcement, and obstruct government administration from March 2024 in Haverhill; and three felony theft and three criminal trespass counts in March 2024 connected to three other incidents in Haverhill.
