Concord Man Arrested On Rape, 6 Assault, 6 Domestic Violence Charges: Police Log

Maine woman, with priors, faces deadly weapon charge; theft incident at laundromat; Epsom man accused of misusing plates, decal violation.

CONCORD, NH — Heather Marie Pacetti, born 1983, of Concord, was arrested at 9:34 p.m. on Dec. 8, 2024, on a warrant after an incident or investigation at Regency Hill Estates on East Side Drive.

Ndaho Turi Kivira, 31, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 1:23 p.m. on Dec. 8 on criminal mischief, six domestic violence-simple assault, and six simple assault charges. Later in the investigation, he was also charged with felony aggravated felonious sexual assault-domestic violence. Kivira was arrested after an incident or investigation on Loudon Road.

Timiah Lyn Wilkins, 27, unknown address, currently housed in the New Hampshire Hospital on Clinton Street, was arrested at 1:20 p.m. on Dec. 6 on a felony attempted robbery charge. Jonathan P. McCormack, born 1988, of Concord, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on Nov. 11 on two bench warrants arrested after an incident or investigation at 7-Eleven at 417 S. Main St.

Timothy Bruce Smith, born 1985, of Concord, received a summons at 9:32 a.m. on Nov. 11 on disorderly conduct and criminal mischief charges arrested after an incident or investigation on Perley Street.

Shane M. Vannest, 35, of Concord, was arrested at 8:34 p.m. on Nov. 10 on a warrant and a bench warrantafter an incident or investigation at the Bank of New Hampshire at 58 S. Main St. He failed to appear at a hearing on Sept. 4 connected acts prohibited, felon in possession of a weapon, felonious use of a firearm, career criminal, and other charges from July 2023. Amanda J. Bailey-Roberge, 38, of Concord, was arrested on a bench warrant at 10:46 a.m. on Nov. 10 as well as a felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent charge after an incident or investigation at CVSat 157 Loudon Road.

Anthony Craib, 61, of Concord, was arrested at 3:05 p.m. on Nov. 10 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at the Cumbies at 196 N. Main St. and criminal trespass and false fire alarms charges after an incident or investigation at the Holiday Inn at 172 N. Main St.

Nathaniel M. White, born 1984, of Boscawen, was arrested at 8:03 p.m. on Nov. 9 on a willful concealment charge, a felony due to two prior convictions, after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Darlene K. Derby, born 1971, of Concord, was arrested at 3:32 p.m. on Nov. 9 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident or investigation at Suds Appeal at 47 Washington St.

Zachary R. Mullen, born 1999, of Concord, received a summons at 1:10 p.m. on Nov. 9 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at Cumberland Farms at 196 N. Main St.

Brookelynn Kay Swenson, 25, of Dexter, Maine, was arrested at 1 p.m. on Nov. 9 on a criminal threatening-deadly weapon charge after an incident or investigation on Fairfield Drive.

Michael J. Byron, 47, of Epsom, received a summons at 2:02 a.m. on Nov. 9 on misuse of plates and unofficial inspection-registration decal violations after an incident or investigation on South State Street.
