CONCORD, NH — Luis Kirby Sotomayor, born in 1984, of Penacook, was arrested at 2:10 a.m. on Sept. 15, 2026, on loitering or prowling and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident or investigation at 322 N. State St.

Gordon K. Murray, born in 1972, of Concord, was arrested at 7:09 p.m. on Sept. 13 on camping restricted and generic city ordinance violations after an incident or investigation in Healy Memorial Park.

Hilary A. Downing, born in 1989, of Concord, received a summons at 2:30 p.m. on Sept. 11 on an operating without a valid license charge after an incident or investigation at the Pembroke Road Apartments at 195 Pembroke Road.

Scot Henry Richardson, born in 1965, of Concord, was arrested at noon on Sept. 11 on possession of a controlled drug and possession of cocaine-sale, etc., more than 5 ounces. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Alton Woods Drive.
