New Hampshire Drug Felon Wanted On Several Warrants: Corrections

Arica Elizabeth Siegel has a criminal history dating back nearly 19 years. She is wanted for a probation violation and new charges, too.

CONCORD, NH — The New Hampshire Department of Corrections is asking for the public’s help finding a fugitive with “a lengthy criminal history,” according to officials, who is wanted on several warrants.

Arica Elizabeth Siegel is white, 5 feet 3 inches tall, and weighs around 170 pounds. She has blonde hair and green eyes. Siegel has several tattoos, including a cross on her right ankle, a butterfly and flower on her left chest, an Asian symbol on the back of her neck, and a butterfly tribal symbol on her right thigh. Officials said her lower lip is also pierced.

“Siegel is currently on probation for violation of the controlled drug act and has a lengthy criminal history, including resisting arrest and drug charges,” corrections officials said. “Additionally, Siegel faces over a dozen pending criminal matters in Hillsborough County.”

While officials do not know where she is, they said Siegel has ties to Concord, Manchester, and Nashua.

Siegel’s criminal history, according to superior court documents, dates back close to two decades, when she was charged with five acts prohibited charges between October 2006 and November 2006 in Manchester. She was also charged in February 2007 with two possession-sale of a narcotic drug and four possession of a controlled-narcotic drug. Siegel pleaded guilty to all but one of the sale charges.

In 2008, more drug charges followed, including four acts prohibited charges in Pittsfield and one in Concord. All were nolle prossed in January 2009.

Siegel was arrested on five acts prohibited charges out of Allenstown in April 2012. Over a period of months between December 2012 and March 2013, all five counts were nolle prossed.

Siegel was arrested by New Hampshire State Police in 2017 on a reckless operation charge.

Between 2021 and 2022, Siegel was involved in several incidents which led to many charges, including six acts prohibited charges — buprenorphine, cocaine, fentanyl, meth, in Hooksett, four bail jumping and two acts prohibited charges in Manchester, falsifying evidence, two acts prohibited, and three bail jumping charges in a second Manchester incident, two acts prohibited and three bail jumping charges in a third Manchester incident, and identity fraud and false report to law enforcement in Concord, after an incident at Walmart in Concord. In March 2022, she was also arrested on a theft charge in Concord.

In 2023, she pleaded guilty to acts prohibited in Hooksett and a false report to law enforcement in Concord. She was indicted on the ID charge, but it was nolle prossed later.

The three Manchester incidents are still active, according to court records.

In January 2024 and February 2024, she was arrested twice in Bedford on drug possession and receiving stolen property, as well as falsifying evidence, drug possession, and criminal mischief charges. She was accused of possessing the drugs in Bedford and stealing merchandise from Kohl’s department store, according to an indictment.

Siegel is due in court on the Manchester and Bedford charges in February.
