Woman Indicted On Evidence, Witness Tampering Charges In Bow Child Rape Case: Roundup
Concord sex offender accused of not telling cops about online accounts; man indicted on drug, property charges; habitual offenders indicted.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Paul Aldrich, 32, of Hall Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on April 16 in Concord.
Miles Anderson, 34, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on March 16 in Concord.

Chelsea Bennett, 29, of River Road in Charlestown on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-Alpha-PHP and Alpha-PiHP mix charge on March 9 in Newbury.
Christopher Borges, 43, of Broadway in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl-intent to distribute charges, both felonies, on March 23 in Concord.

Deborah Ann Bradley, 57, of Albin Road in Bow on accomplice falsifying physical evidence and three tampering with witnesses and informants charges, all felonies. She was accused of aiding her husband, Kenneth Bradley, by providing information that there was evidence of his alleged criminal conduct, multiple child rape charges, on a cellphone between July 1, and Aug. 16, 2019, in Bow. She was also accused of attempting to have a girl testify or inform falsely three times against him — between June 1, and Dec. 31, 2019, in Bow, by telling her to pack up her belongings and threatening to send her on her way and threatening to “undopt” her or words to that effect; and between Sept. 1 and Oct. 2, 2021, in Bow, telling the victim “to tell the truth” and “the truth is that this did not happen” or words to that effect during a forensic interview, according to the indictment. Jeremy L. Semprebon, 54, of North Main Street in Concord on two felony duty to inform charges. He was accused of failing to tell Concord police on Sept. 12, 2022, of a Twitter account and failing to tell police about an Instagram account he had on Sept. 13. Semprebon was convicted on an aggravated felonious sexual assault-under 13 in Strafford County Superior Court in January 1995. The state’s sex offender registration site also said he was convicted of 8 felony possession of child sexual abuse images counts on October 2009.
Arica E. Siegel, 39, of Concord Street in Manchester on four controlled drug act; acts prohibited, cocaine, fentanyl, buprenorphine, and methamphetamine, charges on July 8, 2021, in Hooksett.
Charles G. Slade, 47, of Mount Delight Road in Deerfield on receiving stolen property and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and property owned by U-Haul in Hooksett on March 19.
Pamela E. Sprizza, 45, of Centre Street in Concord on a felony operating while certified as a habitual offender. She was accused of driving on Route 3A in Bow on March 7 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Giovanni A. Stevens, 27, of Merrimack Street in Manchester on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving in Hooksett on April 12 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
