NH State Troopers Make DUI Arrests: Roundup

CONCORD, NH — On Jan. 3, 2018, New Hampshire State Police from two troops were called to numerous crashes on Route 16 including one near the entrance of the Mount Washington Auto Road. The weather was clear at the time but the roads were slippery due to ice that had formed as well as some lightly packed snow, according to a press statement. Two vehicles – a Nissan Titan pickup truck being driven by a Bethlehem man and Chevrolet Equinox being driven by an elderly man from Hoosick Falls, NY – crashed.

“All collisions were caused by drivers driving too fast for the existing roadway conditions,” according to Staff Sgt. Victor Muzzey.

The Bethlehem man was ejected from the pickup because he wasn’t wearing a seatbelt, according to state troopers. Both men were transported to hospitals for treatment.

Troop A Blotter

Jeremy Bissonnette, 40, of Sanford, ME, was arrested at 11 p.m. on Dec. 20, 2017, for transporting drugs in a motor vehicle and possession of a controlled drug on I-95 North in Hampton. Also charged was Jennifer Adams, 37, of Sanford, ME, for possession of a controlled drug.

Daniel Norwood, 25, of Acton, ME, was arrested at 5:54 p.m. on Dec. 20, 2017, for habitual offender on the Route 1 Bypass in Portsmouth.

Patrice Maloney, 21, of Exeter, was arrested at 12:20 p.m. on Dec. 20, 2017, for DUI and driving after revocation or suspension on Route 101 West in Exeter.

Autumn Getman, 20, of Rochester, was charged at 2:10 a.m. on Dec. 16, 2017, with transporting alcohol by a minor on Route 16 North at the Newington/Dover line.

Garrett Probert, 56, of New Durham, was arrested at 9:46 p.m. on Dec. 15, 2017, for habitual offender on Route 16 in North in Dover.

Ashley Barberian, 25, of Somerville, MA, was arrested at 2:13 a.m. on Dec. 16, 2017, for DUI and open container on I-93 North near the Exit 6 off-ramp in Manchester.

Steven Wilding, 25, of Londonderry, was arrested at 9:45 p.m. on Dec. 15, 2017, for stalking on I-93 South near Exit 9 in Hooksett.

Troop D Blotter

Jeffrey Harstedt, 63, of Manchester, was arrested at 6:17 p.m. on Dec. 20, 2017, for DUI and DUI – adult greater than 0.08 on I-89 South in Hopkinton.

Gregory Van Horn, 25, of Boscawen, was arrested at 12:50 a.m. on Dec. 18, 2017, for DUI on I-93 South in Bow.

Jesse Hoagland, 28, of Wolfeboro, was arrested at 8:26 p.m. on Dec. 17, 2017, for driving after suspension-subsequent and suspension of vehicle registration. He was arrested on I-89 near the Exit 1 off-ramp in Bow.

Kevin Shaw, 25, of Warner, was arrested at noon on Dec. 16, 2017, for conduct after accident on I-89 South in Concord.

Scott Marchillo, 28, in Loudon, was arrested at 1:21 a.m. on Dec. 16, 2017, for DUI and littering on I-393 East Exit 2 off-ramp in Concord.

Joshua Beauchemin, 37, of Goffstown, was arrested at 11 p.m. on Dec. 15, 2017, for DUI on I-89.

Marcus Jacobs, 21, of Hampton, VA, was arrested at 7:02 p.m. on Dec. 15, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension on I-93 South in Bow.

Heidi O’Connell, 47, of Litchfield, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. on Dec. 15, 2017, for DUI, DUI – adult greater than 0.08, and unsafe lane change. He was arrested on I-93 South in Hooksett.

Paul Scuepp, 67, of Jackson, was arrested at 9:36 p.m. on Dec. 21, 2017, for DUI on Route 16 in Glen.

Edward Gorman, 58, of Wilmington, MA, was arrested at 4:36 p.m. on Dec. 20, 2017, for aggravated DUI – 30+ mph, aggravated DUI – 16+ mph, DUI – adult greater than 0.08, and DUI on Route 16 in Wakefield.

Kevin Breslend, 58, of Chesterfield, was arrested at 6:16 p.m. on Dec. 17, 2017, for DUI and open container on Route 63 in Westmoreland.

Jennifer Campbell, 25, of Troy, was arrested at 2:40 a.m. on Dec. 17, 2017, for DUI on Richmond Road in Troy.

Justin Doiron, 24, of Gardner, MA, was arrested at 1:20 a.m. on Dec. 17, 2017, for DUI and speeding – 16-20 mph over 55 limit on Route 12 in Swanzey.

Emily McClellan, 26, of Keene, was arrested at 2:05 a.m. on Dec. 16, 2017, for DUI and open container on Route 101 in Keene.
