New Hampshire Woman Indicted On 8 Drug, Sales Charges After Bow Incident: Superior Court
Contoocook man faces habitual, 4 drug charges; Epsom man racks up drug, theft, other charges; sex offender faces child care, other charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Chelsea A. O’Connell, 35, of West Bow Street in Franklin on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on March 1 in Franklin.
Ryan M. O’Donnell, 40, of Know Road in Bow on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on April 22 in Concord.

Mariann Perna, 39, of K Street in Hampton on possession of controlled drug with intent to sell-subsequent-fentanyl, possession of controlled drug-subsequent-fentanyl, possession of controlled drug with intent to sell-subsequent-meth, possession of controlled drug-subsequent-meth, possession of controlled drug-subsequent-oxycodone, possession of controlled drug-subsequent-alprazolam, possession of controlled drug-subsequent-cocaine, and possession of controlled drug-subsequent-clonazepam charges, all felonies. The charges stem from an incident on June 19 in Bow.
Melissa P. Peaslee, 31, of Memorial Street in Franklin on a felony sale of meth charge. She was accused of selling the drug on Memorial Street in Franklin on Oct. 8, 2021. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of a prior drug sale offense.

John F. Pickering, 47, of Suncook Valley Highway in Epsom on operating while deemed a habitual offender, possession of a controlled drug, a fentanyl and cocaine mix, and theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving on Commerce Way in Hooksett after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV, possessing the drug mix, and stealing items from Walmart on Commerce Way in Hooksett after previously being convicted on theft charges twice before on March 27.
Samantha Pollock, 27, of Grove Street in Manchester on a felony receiving stolen property charge. She was accused of receiving more than $1,500 worth of stolen items from Home Depot in Hooksett on Dec. 20, 2021.
Peter Ramos, 45, of Granite Street in Manchester on penalty; registration of criminal offenders, falsifying physical evidence, and two prohibition from child care service of persons convicted of certain offenses charges, all felonies. He was accused of failing to register with Dunbarton police between Oct. 1, 2021, and April 6. Ramos was also accused of volunteering to care for two children between Oct. 1, 2021, and April 6 in Dunbarton while failing to provide information about his sexual assault conviction. He was also accused of concealing a Facebook account, under the name of “Tony Guzman,” to impair an investigation on April 6 in Dunbarton. Ramos was convicted on a felonious sexual assault charge in New Hampshire in the late 1990s, according to superior court records.
Michael T. Reardon, 40, of Pembroke Street in Pembroke on a felony driving while certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Granite Street in Allenstown on May 29 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Mark Reed, 59, of Kearsarge Avenue in Contoocook on possession of cocaine, possession of buprenorphine, possession of clonazepam, possession of meth, and driving while certified as a habitual offender charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving on Manchester Street on June 13 in Concord.
