Laconia Man Accused Of Biting Concord Cop, Grabbing Gun, Indicted
Plus: 2 from Andover indicted on insurance fraud charges; man indicted on meth sale charge; Webster woman accused of falsifying evidence.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Hallie Snow, 28, of Merrimack Circle in Webster on falsifying physical evidence and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charges, both felonies. She was accused of attempting to destroy meth in an effort to impair an investigation in Concord on Aug. 7, 2021.
Andrew J. Mitza, 32, of Prescott Avenue in Laconia on a felony taking a firearm from a law enforcement officer and simple assault-against a law enforcement officer charges. He was accused of attempting to grab one officer’s gun while biting another officer on Nov. 5, 2021, in Concord. John F. Pickering, 46, of Suncook Valley Highway in Epsom on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Bay Street in Northfield on Oct. 30, 2021.
Robert J. O’Neil, 42, and Rachel O’Neil, 47, of Short Street in Andover on two counts of insurance fraud and two counts of conspiracy to commit insurance fraud each, all felonies. Between May 8, 2019, and February 18, 2020, as well as April 23, and Sept. 8, 2020, they were accused of submitting false claims that family members suffered injuries when they had not.

Dezirae E. Decato, 32, of Chichester Road in Loudon on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on May 20, 2021, in Loudon.
Caleb A. Young, 28, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony assaults by prisoners charge. He was accused of assaulting a corrections sergeant on Jan. 12, 2021, in Concord.

Tylor J. Soukone, 35, of Hemp Hill Road in Bristol on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Gerrish Road in Salisbury on Sept. 18, 2021.
Clayton Svenberg, 39, of Josiah Bartlett Road in Concord on a felony sale of meth charge. He was accused of working in concert with Rhianna Frenette, weighing and packaging the drug, and then completing the sale she arranged on Sorrel Drive in Concord on March 26, 2021, according to the indictment. Previously, Svenberg was convicted of control of premises in October 2020 in Merrimack County Superior Court.
