Rape Suspect Indicted On Theft Charge In Concord: Court Roundup
Plus: Man accused of threatening another with a fire poker; Nashua man indicted on second-degree assault charge; drug, theft indictments.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Samaan Adenti, 21, of Grand Island, Nebraska, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing blank checks, credit cards, a watch, backpack, and jacket from motor vehicles in the North End of Concord on Aug. 18. Sean Blessington, 39, of Oak Hill Road in Concord on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of holding a fire poker like a baseball bat while pushing another man on May 26 in Concord.

Andrew Clement, 32, of Western Avenue in Henniker on a felony motor vehicles; habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Manchester Street in Concord on Sept. 21 after being certified as a habitual offender.
Amy Lynn Dansereau, 41, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charges on Aug. 8 and Aug. 15 in Concord.

Kevin Driscoll, 49, of Stark Lane in Dunbarton on a felony motor vehicles; habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on North Main Street in Concord after being certified as a habitual offender on Sept. 14.
Brian S. Demeritt, 54, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony accomplice to theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of taking another person’s backpack and handing it to Samantha Engelking and then, they left, in Concord on Dec. 23, 2020, according to the indictment. Twice before, Demeritt has been convicted on theft charges.
Luis Gonzales, 26, of West Street in Concord on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing a credit card reader owned by another person on July 12 in Concord. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges.
Brandon S. Mancini, 31, of North Main Street in Concord on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and two theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing items from Hannaford in Concord on Oct. 3 and a package owned by another person on Oct. 6 after being convicted twice before of theft and being in possession of fentanyl on Sept. 3 after previously being convicted on a drug possession charge.
Brian J. O’Connor, 43, of Branch Turnpike in Concord on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge, accused of driving on Branch Turnpike in Concord on Sept. 13 after being deemed a habitual offender.
Ryan M. O’Donnell, 40, of Know Road in Bow on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on April 13 in Concord. According to the indictment, he was previously convicted in Rockingham County Superior Court on acts prohibited.
Jackie Marcell Roberts, 21, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on April 27 in Concord.
John Vanderbeck, 37, of Verona Street in Nashua on a felony domestic violence-second degree assault charge. He was accused of causing serious bodily injury to another person on Oct. 11 in Concord.
