Pembroke Man Indicted On Burglary, Kidnapping, Threat Charges: Merrimack County Superior Court Indictments
Hooksett man indicted on marijuana dispense, possession charges; Lawrence man accused of assaulting corrections officer; drug indictments.

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.
Nicholas Liouzis, 22, of Hackett Hill Road in Hooksett, on possession of marijuana with intent to dispense, possession of marijuana, possession of MDMA, and possession of hashish charges, all felonies, on Aug. 4, 2024, in Hooksett.
Eric Rosario, 27, of Lawrence, Massachusetts, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony assault by prisoners charge. He was accused of punching a corrections officer in the face a second time on Dec. 3, 2025, at the Merrimack County Jail in Boscawen.

Jason G. Randolph, 53, of Bridge Street in Pembroke, on burglary, criminal threatening, criminal restraint, kidnapping, and reckless conduct charges, all felonies. He was accused of threatening another man with a gun, kidnapping him, and pressing it against his face and stomach on Oct. 28, 2025, in Pembroke.
Joseph A. Cole, 41, a homeless man now located in Franklin, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Oct. 7, 2025, in Franklin.

Jason L. Fortune, 50, of Lincoln Street in Franklin, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on July 12, 2025, in Franklin.

Heather J. Smith (Valyou), 37, of Franklin Street in Franklin, on a felony tampering with witnesses and informants charge. She was accused of attempting to get another woman to ask a third woman to change their testimony in a violation of a protective order case in Franklin on Sept. 12, 2025.
Edwin F. Locke III, 52, of G Street in Hampton, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and self-defense weapon-felon in possession charges, both felonies, on Sept. 21, 2025, in Franklin. According to an indictment, he is a felon due to a 2019 felony conviction in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Naomi Adams, 44, of Lower Loop Road in Campton, on theft by unauthorized taking with two prior convictions and operating as a habitual offender charges, both felonies, on March 10, 2025, at the Hannaford supermarket in Franklin. She was accused of driving a Nissan Maxima on Central Street in Franklin on July 3, 2025, after the NH DMV deemed her a habitual offender.
Drew S. Wentworth, 43, of Summer Street in Bristol, on possession of fentanyl and possession of buprenorphine charges, both felonies, on Oct. 25, 2025, in Franklin.
Eric J. Lewis, 55, of Hooksett, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on four felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl and methamphetamine, on Sept. 12, 2025, in Concord.
