Man Indicted On Child Sexual Assault Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Franklin man faces drug distribution charge; Hill man indicted on drug, deadly weapon charges; Bristol felon indicted on weapon charge.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Jean Beaulieu, 52, with a last known address of Maple Street, a shelter, in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing a can of soda from Bell Brothers Convenience Store in Pittsfield on April 7. Twice before, Beaulieu has been convicted on theft charges.

Lorenzo D. Carideo, 32, of Hall Road in Londonderry on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of using a vehicle as a deadly weapon in Hooksett on Dec. 2, 2022.

John Carter, 37, of Park Street in Hill on operating as a habitual offender, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine, and two reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving on Route 3A in Hill on March 11 after being certified as a habitual offender and driving recklessly on Murray Hill Road and Old Town Road, nearly striking another vehicle, requiring vehicles to move evasively to avoid a collision, and putting a trooper in danger. Alexandra V. Cataldo, 42, of Derryfield Court in Manchester on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on May 9 in Franklin.

Alan W. Cushing Jr., 41, of Franklin Street in Franklin on a felony operating as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on North Main Street in Franklin on July 8 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Gordon D. Daigle, 45, of Merrimack Street in Manchester on conspiracy-forgery and forgery charges, both felonies. He was accused of agreeing with one or more persons to utter a check to defraud another on Feb. 1 in Hooksett.

William C. Warman, 48, of Park Street in Franklin on three counts of possession with intent to distribute-crack cocaine, meth, and fentanyl, and five counts of possession-fentanyl, meth, amphetamine, oxycodone, and crack cocaine, all felonies. He was accused of possession the drugs on May 1 in Bow.

Drew S. Wentworth, 40, of Summer Street in Bristol on a felony felon in possession-brass knuckles charge on April 8 in Franklin.

Tyler S. Whitford, 31, of South Beech Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on Nov. 30, 2022, in Hopkinton.

Jason D. Woody, 40, a homeless man now located in Concord, on two counts of possession of meth and two counts of possession of fentanyl, all felonies, on April 12 and April 14 in Concord.

Rodney A. Young, 58, of West Main Street in Northfield on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on West Bow Street in Franklin on June 6 after being certified a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Carlos Zamban, 60, of Elm Street in Manchester on three felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault-pattern. He was accused of repeatedly sexually assaulting and fondling a girl between Jan. 1, 2012, and Dec. 31, 2017, in Allenstown.
