Couple, Previously Of Dunbarton, Indicted On Child Rape Charges: Merrimack County Superior Court Indictments

Plus: Franklin woman indicted on meth, fentanyl sales, possession charges; Hooksett, Manchester stalkers indicted on new stalking charges.

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.

Douglas Frechette, 51, of School Street in East Lempster, on incest, four endangering the welfare of a child or incompetent, and 15 aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of raping and fondling a boy between Sept. 1, 2008, and June 30, 2010; Oct. 1, 2014, and May 1, 2015; and April 1, 2015, and June 30, 2017; in Henniker and Aug. 1, 2012, and Sept. 30, 2014, in Dunbarton. Also indicted was Kimberly Frechette, 51, of School Street in East Lempster, on incest, two endangering the welfare of a child or incompetent, and four aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. She was accused of repeatedly raping a boy on Feb. 7, 2015, in Henniker and between Aug. 1, 2012, and Sept. 30, 2014, in Dunbarton.

Rachel L. Coffey, 39, of Spring Street in Franklin, on four felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges. She was accused of selling methamphetamine to another person on May 7 and May 14, 2025, in Franklin and fentanyl and meth to another person in Franklin on June 24, 2025.

Robert Clifford, 39, of West Hancock Street in Manchester, on a felony possession of a narcotic drug-subsequent-cocaine charge on March 12, 2025, in Hooksett. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of acts prohibited in Belknap County Superior Court in May 2010.

Tyler J. Leighton, 31, of Graham Street in Groveton, on a felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl charge on Aug. 22, 2025, in Hooksett.

Brianna L. Harris, 35, of Hanover Street in Manchester, on two felony stalking-domestic violence charges. She was accused of twice violating a criminal bail protection order in Hooksett on July 7, 2025, by going within 500 feet of the protected party. Harris was previously convicted of stalking in Laconia District Court in November 2023.

Joseph W. Leblanc, 43, of Concord Street in Manchester, on a felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl charge on Aug. 7, 2025, in Hooksett.

Brian S. Landry, 36, of Douglas Street in Manchester, on a felony possession of a narcotic drug-subsequent-cocaine charge on June 3, 2024, in Hooksett. Previously, he was convicted on a control of premises charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in September 2023.

Marcus I. Johnson, 36, of Bell Avenue in Hooksett, on a felony stalking-domestic violence charge. He was accused of violating a criminal bail order by going within 300 feet of a protected party in Hooksett on Oct. 31, 2025. Previously, according to the indictment, Johnson was convicted on a stalking charge in Hills South in December 2022.

Alen Hasanic, 35, of London Court in Merrimack, on four felony violation of a protective order-subsequent charges. He was accused of violating a domestic violence protection order in Hooksett on Aug. 30, Sept. 18, and Nov. 9, 2025, by communicating with the protected party. Hasanic was previously convicted on a protective order violation within the prior six years.

Eric Rosario, 27, of Lawrence, Massachusetts, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony assault by prisoners charge. He was accused of punching a corrections officer in the face at the Merrimack County Jail in Boscawen on Dec. 3, 2025.
