Manchester Man Arrested On Reckless Conduct, Speed Charges: Log

CONCORD, NH — Amanda Fortin, 38, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 11:21 a.m. on March 2 on four warrants. She was arrested on Loudon Road. Fortin failed to appear in Merrimack County Superior Court at an arraignment of a felony drug possession and resisting arrest charges out of Concord on Feb. 3, failed to appear at an arraignment of a burglary charge out of Franklin from April 2020 on Feb. 14, and failed to appear at a status conference on a drug charge out of Concord from August 2020 on Feb. 14. Fortin has a bail hearing on Friday.

Enoch Cupples, born 1990, of Manchester received a summons at 10:48 a.m. on March 2 on a simple assault charge after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Christopher David Parker, 39, of Hopkinton was arrested at 9:53 a.m. on March 2 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident on Rollins Street.

Seth Jacobs, born 1975, of Springfield, Vermont, was cited at 8:25 p.m. on March 1 on a warrant after an incident at the Fairfield Inn on Gulf Street.

Jennifer L. Dearborn-Adams, born 1983, of Concord received a summons at 8:07 p.m. on March 1 on a bench warrant after an incident at the Holiday Inn on North Main Street.

Naomi Adams, 40, of Campton was arrested at 6 p.m. on March 1 on a warrant after an incident at Dick’s Sporting Goods on Loudon Road.

James Lee Gillespy, 32, of Concord was arrested at 1:27 p.m. on March 1 on criminal trespass and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident at the Speedway on Hall Street.

Stephano A. Alvarez Rivera, born 2000, was cited at 1:01 p.m. on March 1 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge on South State Street.

Lee H. Greenough, 31, of Manchester received a summons at 10:38 a.m. on March 1 on an operating with an expired license charge on Hanover Street.

Nicholas M. Rudis, 30, of Hooksett was cited at 8:20 a.m. on March 1 on a disorderly conduct charge. He was arrested after an incident on Warren Street.

James Albert, 38, of Manchester was arrested at 8:20 p.m. on Feb. 28 on felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon, speeding, disobeying an officer, resisting arrest or detention, traffic control device violation, and unsafe lane change charges after an incident at 86 S. Main St. He was arraigned on March 1.
