Safe Commute Stops, Crashes, DUI Arrests, And More: NHSP Roundup
Teen arrested on threat, imprisonment, strangulation charges after incident at NHTI, deadly weapon and reckless driving stops, boating tips.

CONCORD, NH — Are you going boating this weekend? New Hampshire State Police are asking boaters to make sure that they have the required safety equipment. This would include life jackets, fire extinguishers, visual distress signals, and other items.
This Memorial Day weekend, some state troopers have been participating in a program called Operation Safe Commute. On May 24, troopers made 171 motor vehicle stops, issued 31 citations, and arrested three people, according to a post on Twitter.
Troop A Arrests

Dawann Hubbard, 33, of Kennebunk, ME, was arrested on May 8, 2019, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension and speeding – 16-20 mph over 65 limit – on I-95 in Portsmouth.
Cameron Cookson, 21, of Guilford, ME, was arrested on May 7, and charged with driving under the influence and possession of less than 3/4 an ounce of marijuana or 5 grams of hashish on I-95 North in Hampton.

Jeffrey Grover, 48, of Dover, was arrested on May 6, and charged with aggravated driving under the influence – 30+ mph – and driving under the influence on Route 16 North/Spaulding Turnpike in Newington.
Anthony Alders, 22, of Eliot, ME, was arrested on May 5, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and a bench warrant on I-95 North near the Exit 7 onramp in Portsmouth.
Donald Sullivan, 50, of Farmington, was arrested on May 4, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and operating without a valid license on Charles Street in Farmington.
Robert Rogers, 33, of Seabrook, was arrested on May 4, on arrest prior to requisition on Route 1 South in Seabrook.
Maura Miller, 24, of Rutland, MA, was arrested on May 4, on driving under the influence, driving under the influence-adult greater than 0.08, and speeding – 21-25 mph over 55 limit on Route 16 North south of Exit 4 in Newington.
Petronilo Ayala, 29, of Manchester, was arrested on May 3, on an operating without a valid license on Route 101 East in Raymond.
Benjamin Brown, 31, of Somersworth, was arrested on May 3, on a driving under the influence charge on Route 16/Spaulding Turnpike North in Portsmouth.

Troop B Arrests
Paul Martin, 55, of Francestown, was arrested on May 9, and charged with driving under the influence on North Main Street in Mont Vernon.
Rajesh Perla, 25, of Nashua, was arrested on May 9, on a bench warrant after a stop on the Everett Turnpike South just north of Exit 2 in Nashua.
Geraldine Baker, 34, of Manchester, was arrested on May 8, on a bench warrant on I-93 North in Londonderry.
Tamara Nascimento Santos, 34, of Nashua, was arrested on May 8, and charged with operating without a valid license, duty when approaching highway emergency, and possession of license required on the Everett Turnpike South near the Exit 4 offramp in Nashua.
Andrea Benoit, 56, of Derry, was arrested on May 8, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension, driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, and operating without a valid license on I-93 South in Salem.
A 17-year-old from Rindge was arrested by state police on May 7, on Route 101 East near the Exit 1 ramp for driving after revocation or suspension, duty when approaching a highway emergency, and driver’s license prohibitions.
Atong Chan, 19, of Manchester, was arrested on May 7, and charged with conduct after an accident and operating without a valid license on Route 101 East in Bedford.
Mark Williams, 33, of Manchester, was arrested on May 5, and charged with suspension of vehicle registration and driving after revocation or suspension on I-93 North in Manchester.
Brian Landry, 30, of Manchester, was arrested on May 5, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, driver’s license prohibitions, and driving without giving proof. He was arrested on I-93 North in Manchester.
Kevin Jackunchuck, 34, of Danville, was arrested on May 5, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration on I-93 North in Derry.
Aisha Herrera, 27, of Lynn, MA, was arrested on May 5, and charged with driving under the influence and driving after revocation or suspension. A 27-year-old Manchester man was also taken into protective custody. She was arrested on I-93 South in Salem just before the Massachusetts border.
Maria Rufo, 42, of Derry, was arrested on May 4, on a driving under the influence charge on I-93 North in Windham.
Matthew Lewin, 39, of Derry, was arrested on May 4, on a reckless operation charge on I-93 in Windham.
Luke Cuccaro, 31, of Manchester, was arrested on May 4, and charged with aggravated driving under the influence, driving under the influence, driving under the influence-adult greater than 0.08, and conduct after an accident. He was arrested on I-293 South in Manchester.
Troop D Arrests
Robert Whitehouse Jr., 41, of Barre, VT, was arrested on May 9, for driving after revocation or suspension and driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent on I-89 North in Hopkinton.
Gage Randoph, 22, of Manchester, was arrested on May 9, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge on I-93 North in Bow.
Craig Rizzo, 27, of Franklin, was arrested on May 9, on a bench warrant on the northbound side of I-93 near the Hooksett tolls.
Noah Brody, 18, of Manchester, was arrested on May 9, and charged with second-degree assault-strangulation, second-degree assault-extreme indifference, criminal threat against a person, criminal restraint, and false imprisonment. The incident location was Strout Hall at NHTI in Concord.
Michael Murdough, 21, of Bow, was arrested on May 8, on a bench warrant on Loudon Road in Concord.
Amanda Leo, 32, of Bradford, was arrested on May 8, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration on I-89 South in Hopkinton.
Lee Barker, 52, of Concord, was arrested on May 8, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and suspension of vehicle registration on I-93 South in Hooksett near the tolls.

Evan Leary, 29, of Manchester, was arrested on May 7, on a driving under the influence charge on I-89 South just north of Exit 1 in Bow.
Michael K. Hughes, 51, of Windham, was arrested on May 7, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension and motor vehicle not equipped with an alcohol interlock device on I-93 North in Bow.
Jelany Pacheco, 20, of Nashua, was arrested on May 7, on a reckless operation charge. He was arrested on I-93 North in Bow.
Gary Haberland, 31, of Lebanon, was arrested on May 5, on driving after revocation or suspension and operating without a valid license charge on Maple Street in Lebanon.
Carly Tate, 24, of Center Barnstead, was arrested on May 5, and charged with driving under the influence, driving under the influence-adult greater than 0.08, and reckless conduct-deadly weapon on I-93 in Bow.
Bryan Sollazzo, 34, of Middleton, MA, was arrested on May 5, for driving under the influence on I-93 North in Concord.
Nicholas Ardizzone, 30, of Bedford, was arrested on May 4, on driving under the influence, driving under the influence-second offense, and open container charges on I-93 North in Hooksett.
Rafael Montes Deoca Ramirez, 25, of Pennsylvania, was arrested on May 4, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge on I-89 South in Enfield.
Angela Jewett, 51, of Milan, was arrested on May 4, on a driving under the influence-second offense charge on I-93 South in Hooksett.
Elliot Watkins, 41, of Springfield, VT, was arrested on a bench warrant and an arrest prior to requisition on May 4, on I-89 South at the Vermont border in Lebanon.
Erik Kenneson, 32, of Manchester, was arrested on May 4, on driving under the influence and open container charges on I-93 North in Concord.
Trigueros Marenco, 20, of Holderness, was arrested on May 3, and charged with reckless driving and negligent driving on I-93 South in Bow.
