Alleged Burglars And Strangler Indicted In Merrimack County Court
Concord man indicted for armed robbery and threatening, alleged Franklin fentanyl dealer indicted, Northfield man indicted on drug charge.
CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Robert Aliberti, 20, lower left, of Gates Street in Concord, for conspiracy to commit armed robbery and criminal threatening, both felonies. On Dec. 8, 2017, according to the indictment, he reportedly agreed with Dylan Smith and other unknown people to allegedly commit the crime of armed robbery by pulling knives on at least two people on Thorndike Street.
Daniel Hill, 32, of Caveney Drive in Northfield, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on Nov. 26, 2017, in Franklin.

Byron Hilliard, 26, of Franklin Street in Franklin, on a single count of attempted second-degree assault-domestic violence and two counts of second-degree assault-domestic violence, all felonies. On between Nov. 27, and Dece. 18, 2017, and on Dec. 18, 2017, he allegedly strangled an intimate partner in Franklin.

Jessica Houle, 27, lower middle, of Franklin, incarcerated in the Merrimack County House of Corrections, for felony sale of a narcotic drug-fentanyl-principal/accomplice. On Aug. 11, 2017, the indictment stated, she reportedly worked in concert with and aided by Cameron Lobo to allegedly sell fentanyl in Franklin. Previously, according to the indictment, she was out on bail from Merrimack County Superior Court at the time.
Christopher M. Houten, 32, a homeless man now located in Franklin, on three counts of burglary and two counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine, heroin-fentanyl, all felonies. The burglary charges stem from alleged incidents at businesses on Canal Street in Franklin on Nov. 30, and Dec. 9, 2017. The drug charges, according to the indictment, he was released on bail out of Merrimack County Superior Court at the time.
Davein Jenkins, 45, upper right, of Eastern Avenue in Concord, for accomplice to armed robbery, hindering apprehension, and acts prohibited-dispensation of a controlled drug-Suboxone, all felonies. On Oct. 21, 2017, he allegedly aided two juveniles to rob the Shell gas station on Loudon Road – “modified the BB gun to make it appear more like a real handgun and gave it to one of the juveniles to use in the robbery” – and reportedly giving one of the juveniles different clothes than he was wearing during the robbery.
Chad Lawlor, 41, lower left, of Old Hinsdale Road in Ashuelot, for felony accomplice to burglary. On June 24, 2018, he reportedly aided Kevin Denbow to allegedly burglarize a Catamount Hill Road address.
