Franklin Teen Indicted In Concord Burglary, Stolen Gun Case: Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Woman indicted on knife threat charges; Hooksett theft and drug indictments; man faces burglary, stolen mountain bike charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Matthew N. Mahar, 26, of Welch Lane in Raymond on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing items from Walmart on Oct. 20, 2022, in Hooksett. According to the indictment, Mahar has been convicted twice before on theft charges.
Justin G. Martin, 36, of Croteau Court in Manchester or Concord on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, methamphetamine and fentanyl, charges on Sept. 27, 2022, in Hooksett.

Dominick Mekkelsen, 18, of Cedar Court in Franklin on burglary, tampering with witnesses, and two theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of burglarizing a Village Street building in Penacook on Aug. 9, 2020, and stealing guns from two men. Believing there was an official investigation pending, Mekkelsen was accused of attempting to get one of the men to withhold information about the case. Kerri A. Methot, 37, of Bartlett Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Jan. 26, 2022, in Hooksett.

Kayla F. Miner, 32, of Sullivan Street in Manchester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing items from Walmart in Hooksett on Aug. 8, 2022, after being convicted on theft charges twice before.
Rebecca L. Morrisette, 37, of Washington Drive in Washington on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on May 26, 2022, in Hooksett.
Casey T. Murphy, 30, of Manchester Street in Concord on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving in Hooksett on Oct. 10, 2022, after the NH DMV revoked his privileges.
Alan R. Peterson, 34, of Franklin, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on burglary, acts prohibited-possession of meth, and receiving stolen property charges, all felonies. He was accused of burglarizing a building on Range Road in Franklin between Sept. 27, and Sept. 29, 2022, retaining a stolen mountain bike in Franklin on Oct. 14, 2022, and possessing the drug on Victory Drive in Franklin on Oct. 15, 2022.
David E. Piper II, 51, of Cummings Hill Road in Plymouth on a felony possession of meth charge on Aug. 29, 2022, in Franklin.
Frances D. Plourde, 56, of Borough Road in Concord on domestic violence and criminal threatening charges, both felonies. She was accused of threatening an intimate partner with a knife, saying, “if you don’t be quiet, I’m going to kill you,” or words to that effect on Aug. 17, 2022, in Concord.
