Anonymous Tip Leads To Perp With Probation Warrant, Drugs At Cumbies: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Kerri Ann Methot, 37, of Hampton Falls was arrested at 3:56 a.m. on Jan. 25, 2023, on driving after revocation or suspension and disobeying an officer charges after an incident on South Main Street.

Christopher A. Mathews, born 1978, of Concord was arrested at 1:12 a.m. on Jan. 25 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. He was arrested after an incident on Thorndike Street.

Leah Anne Velez, born 1983, of Highland, New York, was arrested at 8:54 p.m. on Jan. 24 on criminal trespass and resisting arrest or detention charges. She was arrested after an incident at the Holiday Inn on North Main Street.

Sean R. Miller, 33, of Concord was arrested at 8:05 p.m. on Jan. 24 on stalking and breach of bail charges after an incident on Greenwood Avenue.

John Ladson, 41, of Old Suncook Road in Concord, was arrested at 12:28 a.m. on Jan. 7 on a warrant and two felony acts prohibited-controlled drug charges. Officers were sent to the Cumbies on Manchester Street after an anonymous caller reported Ladson might be at the store and might have an active warrant. Officers confirmed the no bail warrant out of Merrimack County Superior Court for a probation violation. Ladson, the report stated, was arrested after exiting the store’s restroom. The reporting officer asked if he had drugs, needles, or weapons in his backpack, and Ladson was accused of saying he had just picked up some “meth” and “dope.” The officer found two baggies of drugs — about a gram of fentanyl-heroin and a gram of meth, in his left chest pocket, the affidavit said. Ladson was arraigned on Jan. 9 and is due back in Merrimack County Superior Court for a dispositional conference hearing on March 23. Superior court records showed Ladson missed a status conference on a violation of probation hearing on Oct. 26, 2022, after pleading guilty to robbery and drug possession charges out of Warner from February 2020.

Benjamin William Rockwell, 22, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 9:55 p.m. on Jan. 6 after an incident at the Best Western on Hall Street.

Aristarque Manzombi-Bongambe, born 2001, of Concord received a summons at 10:05 a.m. on Jan. 6 on a conduct after an accident charge and failure to yield to traffic on the right violation on Loudon Road.

Pamela A. Shaw, born 1971, of Schenectady, NY, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on Jan. 6 on reckless operation, speeding, disobeying an officer, resisting arrest or detention, and unregistered vehicle charges after an incident on Manchester Street.

Albert W. Woods, born 1972, of Colonie, NY, was arrested at 2:06 a.m. on Jan. 6 on a violation of a protective order charge after an incident on Manchester Street.

Ethan Michael Velazquez, born 2004, of Raymond was arrested at 2:18 a.m. on Jan. 6 on theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, transport alcohol by a minor, and unlawful possession-intoxication charges. He was arrested after an incident at the Shell gas station on Loudon Road opposite Walmart.
