Teen, Sex Offender, and Others Indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court

Man indicted for reckless conduct after speeding in Henniker, Hopkinton; Allenstown, Boscawen, Concord residents indicted on drug charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court in March.

Nicholas Rodrick, 27, of Ked Drive in Concord, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine. The charge stems from an alleged incident on Fort Eddy Road in Concord on Jan. 7, 2017.

Zachary Sanborn, 24, pictured upper left, of West Queen Street in Boscawen, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine allegedly on Jan. 23, 2017, in Concord.

Vicki Shute, 30, pictured upper center, of Manchester Street in Concord, for two felony counts of duty to report. On Oct. 18, and Dec. 20, 2017, she allegedly failed to register with the Concord Police Department about her employment status and residency. Shute is required to perform a sex offender registration with police, according to the indictment, after being convicted of conspiracy to felonious sexual assault in Belknap County Superior Court in April 2008.

Karissa Tucci, 21, pictured upper right, with a last known address of Monroe Avenue in Allenstown, for felony possession of a controlled and narcotic drug-methamphetamine, fentanyl. On Jan. 25, 2017, she was allegedly in possession of the drugs on East Side Drive in Concord. Tucci, according to the indictment, was previously convicted of possession of a narcotic drug in Merrimack County Superior Court on May 27, 2016.

Cody Walsh, 19, pictured lower left, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl and possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine. On Jan. 25, 2017, he was allegedly in possession of the drugs while on Rumford Street in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of possession of a controlled drug in Merrimack County Superior Court on Sept. 13, 2016.

Alexander Weaver, 20, pictured lower center, of Davis Road in Weare, on two felony counts of reckless conduct as well as disobeying an officer and resisting arrest. The charges stem from alleged incidents on Route 202/9 in Henniker and Hatfield Road in Hopkinton on Sept. 30, 2016, reportedly involving excessive speed, passing a police cruiser over a double yellow line, and refusing to stop.

Stella Zewinski, 26, of Fifer Lane in Lexington, MA, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-heroin allegedly on a metal spoon in her purse on May 12, 2016, in Epsom.
