WATCH: Heroin, Homelessness Discussed by Council Candidates

Numerous candidate for Concord city council, mayoral seats offer thoughts about substance abuse, domestic violence, and snow removal.

The Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce held a forum on Oct. 20, 2015.

Most of the candidates for the city offices showed up and participated, and answered questions from moderator Richard Uchida and those in attendance.
