WATCH: Heroin, Homelessness Discussed by Council Candidates
Numerous candidate for Concord city council, mayoral seats offer thoughts about substance abuse, domestic violence, and snow removal.

The Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce held a forum on Oct. 20, 2015.
Most of the candidates for the city offices showed up and participated, and answered questions from moderator Richard Uchida and those in attendance.
Each candidate was given 30 seconds after their introductions and answering a question about infrastructure, to speak about any issue they wanted to address. Most of the candidates spoke about the heroin and homelessness issues in Concord. Others talked about domestic violence, snow removal, and other issues.
